The young cook with black hair needs to be retrained or maybe think of a new profession. Bacon too well done, twice. Eggs had to be cut with a knife. Food was not all done at the same time. Cook was talking under his breath all time making it difficult for the server. Two stars only because the server was doing her job. Not her fault that the cook is not a cook. read more

We come here once a week almost and lived here since 2007. This Waffle House is the best. Ms Tina is an amazing waitress and is so kind even when the place is super busy. Food is always amazing. Place is always clean. And they play great music. read more

Never have been a big fan of Waffle House but my bff it's hers so I went. There was a wait because of covid and social distancing we didn't mind the wait, finally got a seat at the bar because a booth was coming up but it was only 2 of us and another family that was waiting after us had 5, so we let them take the booth. Coming here the prices are not bad where you can get eggs, bacon, hash browns, waffle for under $10. The food is freshly cooked and didn't take long to get it. I just don't like the concept of watching them fix my food because the cooking area gets very messy, overall the service was great and my food was good and fresh and for breakfast I can say it was good read more

AVOID this location unless you are desperate for Waffle House! The girl working the counter seemed high out of her mind on Meth! Mad at the world as well! Messed up my order but charged me for everything! I was charged for 3 over easy eggs on top of my steak hashbrown bowl. I only received one. I asked for onions and jalapeños. Was charged for both . Received NEITHER! Then she kept giving me side eye and dirty looks as I checked over my food. When I asked her to fix it she was INCREDIBLY RUDE! Rolled her eyes and all. I have been a regular (at least 8-10 days a month) for 2 years. Imagine my surprise when I sat down knowing the staff was busy and patiently waited, and I see 1 table came in after me and was promptly greeted and had drinks served, then another table came in and they were greeted and served as well. 20 minutes later I was still sitting there with no acknowledgment. I stood up told the staff politely I would just go to IHOP to eat since I obviously don't exist. The manager snidely remarked "sorry about your wait" and I didn't even bother to remind him it wasn't about a wait on a busy night, but rather being ignored while two other groups walk in after me and receive prompt service while I'm totally and completely ignored. Obviously groups order more than 1 person so it makes perfect sense to ignore the 1 person table. Way to lose a regular customer. read more

You would not believe how rude these people are. How's it going at 4:00 to make in order for breakfast like I do just about every morning and there's eight people standing there waiting for food and so he tells me sorry we're getting ready to close what do you mean you're getting ready to close its Waffle House. If you're going to close lock the door put a sign up don't make people pull up get out of their car come in. We started out as the only customers this early on a Sunday. We were greeted by a lady who could be my grandma (which was nice since I've lost both my grandmas). Her coworker called her nanna. It's always nice to see your cook wash his hands before he begins (hey, you never know). I really enjoyed the way the employees cut up with each other and even with the obvious regulars that came in. Made it seem like you were visiting someone's family. Oh yeah, the pecan waffles with a side of sausage was pretty good too. read more

I asked for a biscuit and the lady gave me bacon and when i tried to explain that I can't eat bacon and don't want it she wouldn't take it away and told me to keep it for free and i kept trying to explain that I'm Muslim we don't eat bacon. It's was a Monday for sure, but the ladies attitudes and cheerfulness, even after dropping about 6 dozen eggs on the floor, made my experience fantastic! Food was quick, cooked just how I like it. So many places anymore have rude and lazy employees and to come across a place that the workers are friendly and humorous will always make me be a repeat customer! Went here after a turkey trot to hold us over until dinner. The staff was outstanding. Wished every customer happy thanksgiving and the manager was constantly praising the staff for their hard work. My family and I went here to eat in the aftermath of a blizzard on a Saturday morning and the service was impeccable. The waitress had been there since 6:45AM, braving snow drifts up to 16 inches on the freeway, and had a smile on her face the whole time, cheerful as could be. The food was great and there was plenty to go around. We had as much coffee as we could drink and even had some to go for only $20 for the three of us before tip. 24 hours and right off the interstate, I would eat here any day. read more

HORRIBLE!!! We walked in and all the tables were so dirty and not that many customers. No one even acknowledged us for 5 min and when they did they said they'd help in a min- never wiped our table or gave us menus. Only helped other customers who had already been in and eating. I'm just now seeing the option for a review on this place and it's been about a month or so since I was at that location. The food was good but I noticed one of the employees stocking the kitchen area with no gloves on(which was okay) and eating a sandwich at the same time. Also our waitress was rude and asked to settle up on our bill before we were even finished eating our food. To me that is very rude and not the way you treat someone that came into your diner. I am not from Florence or Kentucky at that but I know one thing, I would not go back to this location and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. read more
