I was in there last night for almost 2 hours and my server Christine did nothing but bully the whole staff that was there. Disrespected what I'm guessing was the shift supervisor, the whole two hours I was there. Witnessed her run out of the store with the phone over some music on the jukebox, and everybody talking and laughing and trying to lighten the mood. Christine was also bad mouthing the other employees to customers. To me, this made her look very bad, and very unprofessional, should be disappointed with yourselves for having such a bad employee. in my opinion, if she hates her job as she voiced multiple times, should not be working there. The other employees that were there were very vibrant and happy, even though they were being trash, talked and made to feel like they were doing something wrong when they were doing everything right. I witnessed her call my order in wrong and then turned around and tried to blame it on the female cook and or shift supervisor. I also witnessed her bump into the female cook with a very sharp knife as she was trying to cut a sandwich and the female cook almost cut herself. And Ms. Christine gave her a very nasty look and didn't even apologize. She also snatched plates of food out of both cooks hands multiple times. This lady shouldn't even be out on the street she needs to be in a mental hospital with the way she was acting last night. I'm not sure what kind of business y'all are trying to run, but people like her are making your business look very bad. I also witnessed her blowing her nose multiple times behind the counter, not washing her hands. She would also be sitting down eating, and then not even bother to wash her hands before touching other peoples food. I mean, come on Waffle House get your act together! People like her don't deserve jobs because she takes it for granite to even have a job. The other employees were very hard workers were working to the bone to make other customers happy. The customers were very happy with them, and I even overheard other customers, voice that they thought that was some of the best food that they had eaten in a long time. I also overheard other customer say it was a shame that that waitress was making them feel as if they weren't doing anything right. And it's just sad that one of the waitresses left out of there in tears because she couldn't make any money because this lady was totally taken over the whole restaurant. If I'm not mistaken, everybody's there to make money? So why is this lady allowed to act in such a way with no consequence I will not come back to this establishment if I see her in there. Because I will know that my experience will be bad and she is just one big bully that isn't happy with her life so therefore she's going to try to make everybody else's life miserable. I do, however, commend the other workers that were there for holding their composure as best as they could given the situation they were in. I, however, wouldn't of been able to work in such conditions. Me sitting there for two hours like I did felt bad for them. The people were friendly but the food very greasy. The place was clean and service was quick. I asked for crunchy hash browns and we got them. The waffle to me wasn't cooked in a waffle iron because it was very limp and not crunchy. My bacon was very crisp. My wife got the ham but was served city ham which was very sweet. We thought ham was ham but apparently we should have asked for country ham. We won't be eating there again. read more

Me and my father ate breakfast here this morning. He didn't get part of his order and I got something that was stuck to the bottom of my coffee cup. I drink it black so it t couldn't have been cream or sugar. I informed our wonderful waitress Tina and she told her supervisor and did take both off the bill. I think with what was in my cup ,they should have comped my meal. I've eaten here before with no problems. I can't recommend them but can't codem them either. Only giving it 2 stars because the food is good...obviously...it's Waffle House. But oh my goodness, when one of the workers thought it was okay to mop the floors right underground family's feet, I was done. Then the mop head detached from the mop and flung onto my feet and I was wearing sandals! She then proceeded to reattach the dirty mop head with her bear hands back onto the pole and continue mopping. Food was still great. I don't expect it to be super duper clean...they are known to be a bit of a greasy spoon. But that was just downright unsanitary. Edit: when we finally got to our table, my sister in law points out 1 or 2 ants. So we start looking around and there are a trail of ants all around our table. So we asked to be moved to a different table. After we moved, we saw them seat a different party in that same spot without cleaning that area! I would hate for a child to get ant bites all over their body while they're eating. That would make a nice outing into a very sour one very quickly! read more
