This is by far my favorite restaurant. I LOVE breakfast food, so naturally I love the food here, but the customer service is unbeatable! You are always greeted with a smile when you walk in and the servers are unbelievably nice throughout your whole visit. Freezing inside, loud mouth head waitress hollering orders, banging dishes and the food was garbage. If you're going to make breakfast you need to know how to do it right. Sloppy dishes, I actually saw a line cook remove scrambled eggs off a plate with his hands to throw it in the trash. Ten bucks for the worst breakfast I've ever eaten in my life and I'm 61 y.o. To start, the host was mumbling so we couldn't understand how long the wait was. We stood there while 4 spots were open but left un bussed for over 10 minutes while there was a wait. Not to mention the servers were arguing with each other on the front line over who will take and bus the tables. read more

Love me some Waffle House. You always know what to expect and rarely let down, but it helps to have low expectations. Had Waffle and double bacon and it was delicious. It was also 4:30 in the morning so i was the only person in the restaurant. Waitress even made sure my coke was topped off before she went for her smoke break at the end of my meal. read more

Excellent service from the time we walked in the door til the time we left! The man holding the door offered a waiting chair and cup of hot coffee while we waited for a booth to open up. Wait time-5 min for 2 counter seats, which I love because you're right up on the action. The waitress was right there with menus and silverware. After we placed our order and got our sodas, we had food within 10 minutes. The food was amazing--pecan waffles, grits with butter, scrambled eggs, hash browns with cheese, and biscuits and gravy with 2 sodas--$20. Not too bad and did I mention the EXCELLENT, prompt service? I am ashamed to say I didn't get the waitress ' s name but she was attentive and pleasant. I wanted to buy a coffee mug to take home for my dad because he loves Waffle house and she took care of me. If I had an option of marking 0 stars I would!!! Who knows why this Waffle House location has as many stars as it does? Their Sunday morning staff is terrible! I should have known this experience was going down, down, down when my husband and I walked in and there was a big guy with hands in his pockets and a couple waiting and after five minutes they left so we took their seat at the high bar in the front! It was fucking freezing inside and it's 40 degrees Fahrenheit outside! We asked if they could turn the air down and the host advised us that they had to turn the air conditioning up to lower temperature when the cooks get hot! ( What are we? Chopped liver!) anywho we waited clinching on to each other and Waiting to place our order. My food and half of my husbands food came out and he asked if he could get his food at the same time because it was literally like a freezer, the server got a nasty attitude and said " well I don't know what I'm supposed to do!" Took the plate and gave it to the cooks! By this time I have switched over to my alter ego because she has gotten us seriously confused! But then I noticed I could see my husband breath! Oh! HELL NO! But we still gave them the opportunity to get right, so we told the manager she walked to the back and then walked right back out as if she did something. Ten minutes later no change. Even though we had our food who eats in those conditions if you don't have to! We left them with their unconcerned mood and greasy food! I usually love the Waffle House. But today I had a server that was a racist he waited on 5 other tables and they all got their food before we did. You could tell she wanted to wait on all the black people before the white people. I have work for tips in the past I know what it's like I tip accordingly. The bill came 27.90 I paid her $28. The customer service at this Waffle House is horrible. I've been there multiple times and multiply employees are on their phones, talking inappropriately or not checking on the customers. An employee literally answered the phone while taking my order. That's unacceptable and extremely rude. I can't believe how I'm professional this location is. read more

I was excited to try a different spot. Was busy with ppl coming in and a lot of pickup orders. I ordered their waffles (they only have several choices) sides of , sausage and eggs with hash brown. Serving size was fine for me but not for a grown man or growing boys. Portions are small and with how much I paid Not worth it. I would not come back again. Also the establishment is not the cleanest. Even if it is 24/7 simple wipe downs of counters and appliances wouldn't hurt. read more

If I could give negative stars I would as I will NEVER again visits this location! The Resturant Manager Tina has absolutely zero customer service or service skills. We walked in and we're lucky enough to score open booth, however our server, Jordan, didn't not great us for at least 10 minutes. She finally brought over flatware and took our order. It took another 10 minutes to get out drinks but of course we didn't complain. Finally our waffles come to our table but unfortunately they were cold. My boyfriend could careless because he was starving. Me, however, requested a warm waffle. Jordan brought me out another waffle that was both warm and satisfying. After we had finished our waffles we were eargerly awaiting the other items included in the All-Star Platter. Unfortunate for us that was ANOTHER 30 mins. When the other items arrived we were still missing our breakfast meats. Jordan told us it would be 5 mins on the meat... well, yet again, that 5 turned into 15 and at this point we were really just over it. I requested to speak with the manager (Tina) and had to wait another 15 mins for her to make her way from the office to our table. She began telling us that the team is behind and the best she could do is take 15% off. She didn't care listen to our grievance as my point of the complaint was both two part. 1) SEVERAL tables that were seated after us got for their food before us. 2) It took over an hour for us to get meals that were incomplete since we NEVER received our breakfast meat. Tina made it very clear that she had no desire to address the poor level of service. She walked away from the table and had Jessica tell us that she had nothing left to say and would not be coming back to talk to our table. Jordan (our waitress) began screaming over the bar and I asked her to come over and speak to me in a calm voice like I had been doing with her this entire time. Jordan lacks customer service! I used to brag on this Waffle House because they always cooked hashbrowns to be BROWN all over. Today, they disappointed me by serving me 1/2 hashwhites. Yes, they were brown on one side, and totally white on the other. I plan on looking elsewhere for a restaurant that cooks the potatoes to match their name. read more
