Went to pick up food for my family after work and they were super busy. Who I think may be the Owner warned me it would be a long wait after I ordered all of my food, which I appreciated. While I was waiting, I could see how friendly and dedicated they were to the business and their customers. Owner even came to check on me and offer a sample of their appetizer to let me know my order was on its way! Talk about great customer service, and going the extra mile for your customers; you don't see that often anymore. Got my food after about 20 minutes which wasn't so bad for how much food I got and how busy they were. Food came out great and we got huge portions! An extraordinary experience. Apparently I didn't know lots of restaurants serving Mediterranean food in this area. When I searched keyword "middle eastern " and this one popped with 4,5stars so I decided to give it a try. Now let's talked about their food. I went in the afternoon and order 1 chicken, 1 beef kebab plate. Both taste very authentic. Service was very good. There is just one complaint - waiting time is a bit long but the lady gave us 2 free dessert bc they still had check in deals. Great food. Friendly service. Hidden little place and it was very delicious ! Got the chicken shawarma plate. Portions were perfect rice was good. Everything had a really nice flavor. The baklava was the best baklava I've ever had. You can really tell how fresh everything is. On top of everything , the man working there when we went was extremely nice. We have catered their food more than once. The first time we got chicken and beef kabobs the chicken was cooked all the way yet still juicy, the meat was just as juicy, both full of flavor. The grape leaves are also a great plus as a side dish but beware there's no way you can only eat one. We just recently ordered a lamb for around 25 guests for Easter. We asked them to deliver at 3 and at 2:59 the doorbell rings. Still steaming hot. The lamb was stuffed with rice meat and various types of nut. Delicious! Everyone had seconds and thirds and it truly made our holiday perfect with everyone full, happy and satisfied. Came here on a Sunday afternoon (around 3) and it was pretty empty. The lady who helped us was really nice. We ordered a chicken plate and a beef plate to go. I think they grilled the meat when we ordered, so we had to wait at least 15 minutes or so--which is fine; it's nice to know your food is freshly cooked. Everything was delicious. Chicken and beef were both tender and tasty. Salad was tangy with a hint of mint and salt. Hummus and rice pilaf were both good. Today we were surprised at work with some wonderful Mediterranean food from Waffas Kitchen. We had falafel, kebbee, hummus, tahini and salad with a delightful fresh dressing. What can I say that other Yelpers haven't said already? Definitely call in your order ahead of time as the food is always made fresh to order (making it ever more delicious), and it is true they only have two tables. Though if you want to eat at one of the tables Waffa welcomes it. She even allows you to bring in a drink from the liquor store next door to drink with your meal. Out of all the dishes I have tried there my favourite is the chicken kabob plate. Comes with rice, salad, pita bread, hummus and garlic paste. The hummus is tasty, the chicken is always flavorful and the rice is cooked to perfection and yummy! I highly recommend smearing the garlic paste on the chicken with a little bit of hummus....delicious! A close second is the beef shawarma which comes with tahini sauce which (if you order the shawarma sandwich) tastes perfect when drizzled over the meat! The prices are very reasonable! I used to order this for a company I used to work for and the owner always worked with our limited budget to keep our business. If your company orders meals from time to time definitely give her a call, tell her how many people you're feeding and what your budget is. She will work with you to get your business. read more

A friend and I ate lunch at Waffa's today. It was my first visit there, and the food was quite tasty. My friend ordered the chicken kabobs, and I ordered the beef kabobs. Our kabobs came with a nice salad, good rice and delicious hummus. The staff was friendly, and they even gave us baklava (which was absolutely wonderful!!!). I would love to give Waffa's 5 stars, but it looked like the restaurant was undergoing some construction, so the small dining area was a bit shabby. Waffa's is AWESOME! The owner, Waffa, is as sweet as can be. Not only is she an amazing chef but she makes you feel like family when you stop in. My heritage is Lebanese and I have learned to make all of the food from my grandmother and mother but quite honestly, it is such time intensive food to make, we just don't have the time to prepare it. Waffa's food taste just like my Grandmother made. Everything is delicious and very reasonably priced. We loved the food so much we had her cater our very large rehearsal dinner for our wedding.
