This is probably the first time I ever said or thought this but...I love going to this dentist office to work on my teeth! Dr. Wade Marler is very knowledgeable and great at what he does! He came up with a plan for my teeth and smile and I can see big differences. Great quality of services offered and received. He is also a nice guy! His staff is awesome as well! I like everyone that works there...everyone is friendly and good at their jobs. You can tell they actually love working there and helping their customers. It is very clean inside and they have state of the art equipment and technology. I would highly recommend this dentist and would refer them to any of my friends/family looking for a good dentist. Do not go here if you want to avoid being sued for a bill that was $200. My daughter had work done and we paid most of the deductible and has a balance. Well to my surprise I was served at home for that bill and sued by this dentist. They also sold me on a decompressor for tension headaches which no remedy. I paid over $500 for this but it was a complete waste of money. read more

I have been going to Dr. Marler's office for years. He took over a practice for my previous dentist who retired. Dr. Marler meets with patients to review x-rays or to do fillings, etc. The hygienists do the cleanings so sometimes I don't see him at all. I have a lot of anxiety about dentists and medical situations of any kind. I've only had one bad experience in the years I've been here and that was a poor judgment call based on insurance. The office staff as well as the dentist and hygienists have all been professional and considerate. When I brought my step-son in for his first visit, they were very sweet and patient with him. Dr. Marler went out of his way to explain his x-rays and the cleaning process along with answering questions with patience and in a way a child would understand. He got to choose a toy at the end of his visit. When I referred people to see him, I was surprised by the gift of a $50 gift card of my choosing between a few different businesses. The only cons are their parking lot is quite small and they will call you constantly until you set up your next appointment. read more

Okkkk I'm an awful dental patient. I once had a dentist refuse to work on me. Since it was a military dentist, and they dumped me on the head of the clinic, it could have been worse. Dr. Marler and his entire office are seriously some of the nicest, most competent people in the worrrrrrrld. And that isn't just the nitrous oxide that they're kind enough to supply to ease my anxiety about everything. Really everything. Already had three crowns replaced and a deep cleaning - so I'm not just whistling Dixie. (I have no idea why I'd do that - it's Washington State) The receptionist acts as if she's happy to see me, the billing lady is super nice and willing to check different billing scenarios, the hygienist is nice and gives great advice, Dr. Marler is fantastic, really...everyone is nice nice nice. Granted, I'm not returning for 5 months, and I'll be just as twitchy then, but they're nice enough to remind me half a dozen times, AND give me nitrous, AND pretend I'm not annoying, so I'lllll be baaaaaaaaack. read more

Chose this dentist because he accepted our insurance and had decent reviews online. The office staff and hygienist were all so nice and very patient with my 2 kids who I brought with me. They were in rare form bring crazy and everyone helped keep them in line so my appt went smoothly. The cleaning was thorough and the X-rays were done right in the same chair as the cleaning and exam. Very efficient. I had them look at a crown I had done elsewhere a few months ago that's been bothering me and their advice and findings were professional. I wasn't pressured to have it redone or anything. We decided to leave it and try some alternatives. I took my son 2 days later to a pediatric dentist and didn't like that experience so now both kids will be coming to Dr . Marler. He earned our families business! read more

Doctor Marler has been my dentist for over 10 years. I am very picky when it comes to dentist so when I found him I knew he was a fit for me. He is very gentle and never hurts me. A new job meant a new insurance plan so the inevitable fun hunt for a dentist that didn't terrify me had to begin. I requested a list of providers in my area who took my insurance AND were taking new patients (a miracle, let me tell you) so I could cross reference my findings with good old Yelp. After some website stalking and crossing names off the list, I decided to take the plunge with Dr. Wade and am so grateful I did. My initial appointment was for a painful toothache that had woken me up in the middle of the night and I was able to get in the same day (as a brand new patient!). Even though my intake was long (first time appointments usually are so no biggie) I felt at ease in my new dentists office. Dana the receptionist was extremely nice and made sure I was taken care of right away, even while attending to another patient. Jim, one of the dental hygienists, sat down with me to talk through my history and fear of the dentist all while being very attentive and considerate of my anxiety. Ivyann was patient and helpful in explaining the procedure while assisting Dr. Wade. Last but not least, Dr. Wades compassion with my situation was stellar. He went above and beyond by staying late to make sure I wasn't in so much pain as well as treating that pain the best way he could. I am so happy with my pick and highly recommend this office. And if you're worried about financial stuff, Jill is fantastic at putting those fears to rest with adequate explanations and options on how to go about paying for the visit before any big decisions are made. Dr. Marler and his staff are always very welcoming. I have been going to see Dr. Marler for my adult life and have always been happy. I do not feel pressured to get extra dental work done, only what is needed. I am pleased with the consistency of dental assistants and dental hygienists. I am also please with the front office staff. My Wife and daughter have been going to Dr. Marler for a while and loved the experience, so I tried it a few weeks ago. I found the whole staff to be friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I felt like they were invested in me and my experience from the get go. Sarah was great and explained what she was doing, what she was going to do and what I should expect after the visit (I was getting a crown replaced). Then Dr. Marler came in and he explained his goals, asked me about my goals and it felt like I had known him for years. He even called me later that night just to check on me.
