You can tell immediately from the front desk to the dental assistants to the doctors themselves that they care about providing quality service. I was super nervous about my child going under anesthesia but the whole experience went smoothly because of how knowledgeable, friendly & supportive the staff were, including the anesthesiologists (also board certified). The staff talked us through everything and updated us along the way which made all the difference! We were also given some options for treatment approaches mid way through the procedure which was appreciated (other offices don't do this & have flat out told me that there are no "options" once under GA). But experience with Alpine Dental Office was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely abysmal. I went in for a crown repair, but because my underlying tooth had a crack, they were unable to help me so just charged me for a bunch of x-rays and sent me to someone else. Subsequently, my girlfriend made the mistake of going to them for a routine cleaning, expecting a straightforward visit. Instead, they insisted she needed x-rays, the doctor actually asking her, "How'd you get an appointment? We don't see patients without films". This left her feeling pressured unnecessarily and feeling as though she was being pushed into extra procedures just to pad their bills. This aggressive upselling was not only annoying but makes me seriously question their integrity. As if this all wasn't bad enough, I had a residual balance of $15.00 that instead of cashing me out while I was there, they keep sending me bills for. I don't like providing my banking info through the mail so I have been trying to reach them by phone, which despite numerous attempts, no one ever answers. I have left a message to call me so I can take care of it, but no one ever returns my calls. I wonder how they will like 1,500 pennies when I deliver it in cash! The overall attitude from the staff was cold and unprofessional. It felt like they had no interest in providing good patient care, only in rushing through appointments and maximizing profits. We both left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and convinced we should find a dental office that actually values its patients. Save yourself the headache -- avoid Alpine Dental Office unless you want to deal with poor communication, rude staff, and unnecessary pressure for additional treatments.

Usually it depends on what my kids have going on and which office would be easiest for us to go to. Both locations are clean and have video games for the kids to be entertained with. We've been going to Dr. Nick for about 6yrs now and we always leave happy. Honestly we've never had any kind of issues here. The kids are always happy after their visit. They have never complained about them being ruff on their teeth nor rude. Dr. Nick is very friendly, he makes you feel extremely comfortable. He can be pretty funny too, love his sense of humor. His office staff is good about making reminder calls, they do great with the insurance companies and payment plans when needed. Any questions or concerns that I may have they are always willing to help or check into for me. They are always very friendly and helpful. Both locations are awesome. I got my braces back in 2010, then my brother and my mom all went to Molen. We all have beautiful smiles that fit our face. We can not recommend them high enough! When you are finished with braces and no longer need orthodontics, ask for a referral for your next dentist. I went to a dentist that my friend referred my to. I had to get one of my front teeth fillings fixed. She tried to fix it but ended up making it way too short and fat. I asked her to make it the same shape as my previous one, and she gave me attitude and seemed like she was in such a crunch of time. So she finally added length to it, but she botched it again! It looked so bad... I didn't want to say I didn't like it anymore because of the attitude she gave me..... so I walked out, paid $340 for a tooth that I was so unhappy with. (Thank goodness for masks, lol) Well I was so unhappy with it, I went straight to Molen which was 1 minute away from the other dentist. They got me right in, Dr. Rick looked at my tooth, took pictures, and then Inna reshaped it to match my other k-9... and they reshaped PERFECTLY it in less than 20 minutes! (It took my other dentist 3 hours). I am so unbelievably happy with it now!! I can not thank Dr. Rick and Inna enough!
