Amazing! I had the same dentist for 20+ years. When they sold their practice I was wrecked. The staff at Dr. Jolley's made me feel comfortable. Massage chairs, television, warm blankets, great staff I could go on and on oh and the arcade game in the waiting room!!! Amazing. I hope he never retires because he has a client for life with me. read more

Wonderful staff that ACTUALLY takes genuine care for patients with dental anxiety! After trying several dentist offices and not being pleased with any in the slightest, I found Dr Jolley's office and truly will never go anywhere else. The best team & experience every time I'm there. read more

Fantastic staff and a puppy available if you are feeling nervous about a procedure! Highly recommended

Always great! I have severe dentist anxiety and Dr. Jolley and staff are always so kind and patient. All dentist offices should take a page from their book. Anxious people would be more comfortable obtaining necessary dental care if they had a place like this to go! read more

The staff at Dr Jolley's dental office is so friendly, efficient and gentle. I used to dread cleanings before we switched to Dr Jolley. I also appreciate how quick but thorough they are! And I've always felt that they take the conservative approach in my dental care instead of jumping to more costly decisions without trying less costly measures. This trust as well as their skilled staff has earned my business for over 10 years read more

Best dentist and everyone who works there I have ever met! Clean office. Friendly. Fast. Will definitely return! Thanks very much! read more

Dr. Jolley and his team are exceptional. I went in for a fallen-off crown and after Detailed X-rays they found that my root Canal had gotten infected and started Eating away bone. Thank you for your attention and diagnosis! Highly recommend Dr. Jolley! read more

Called to schedule new patient appts for my husband and myself, 8 month wait to have our teeth cleaned! They want to do 18 xrays to our head on intake and every 5 years after that, 6 each year in between. When are dentists going to evolve with their patients? We know more about ourselves now and some patients are told by their doctors not to have so many xrays due to thyroid disease and Alzheimer risks. We are continuing to look for a dentist that meets our needs. read more

I love Dr. Jolley! I've been going to Dr. Jolley's office since I was a kid. This is the most comfortable dentist office you will ever go to. It is immaculate and very welcoming. First, they offer you a comfort menu for your visit. This includes your choice of: a heated blanket, a neck pillow, chapstick (they have the best chapstick!), headphones so you can listen to music or watch tv, the massage chair turned on, and plenty of other options. I see Colleen and she is the sweetest. I even invited her to my wedding! She always makes the visit so enjoyable I wish I could stay longer. They now have therapy dogs if you have anxiety that will sit with you during your appointment. They're hypoallergenic too. If you have any fear of going to the dentist, please give Dr. Jolley a try! read more

Came in for a cleaning and exam to get a second opinion. Dr. Jolley was very down-to-earth, explained things well on a patient level, and wasn't rushed. I felt that he was very sincere with his findings and treatment recommendations, not just doing it for money. I'd say he's the best and most trustworthy dentist I've had. read more

Such a great experience here! The dentist office can be daunting but I had the most pleasant experience. I was visiting and needed a cleaning and a small filling. They were able to get me scheduled for the next day and I was in and out in an hour! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Kenedee did such a great job cleaning my teeth, thorough but gentle. I will be back! read more

I have been coming here since I was a little kid and it used to be in an old small brown building down the road. There is a reason why I still continue to come here 20 years later. I have never once had a bad experience at this dentist. Every single employee is so nice and friendly. I am always offered the TV, the massage chair, a warm neck pillow, chapstick while I'm being seen. It is always such a lovely experience and a highly recommend this dentist to anyone. read more

Great place. Clean. Friendly. Good with kids. Lots of "comfort" options when you're in the chair. Highly recommend

I have really bad extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist but this place is amazing. The office and all the staff are friendly, efficient, and respectful of your time and preferences. My family have been with Dr Jolly's office for over 6 years and the care and level of service has been consistent. It's a large office with many patients being taken care of at the same time. But it has the feel of a smaller more quiet office. Dr. Lauren Powell is great- a great addition and adding her own unique strengths for the patients. My hygienists often read me well that I don't like a lot of chatter. We all know they do all the real work in the office, they've shared with me they are respected and taken care of. This is very important to me and I know for many others. Thanks! read more

Craig jolly office is so ahead in every department that i have not experienced such great service at any other dentist. They have cute emotional therapy dogs who will come sit in your lap if you are nervous. The chairs are massage chairs if you are waiting. The entire staff is so courteous and JT is such a nice and wonderful hygienist who at every step of the way will make sure to ask if you are comfortable and makes you feel welcomed. At no point we felt any pressure to get some work done which we didn't want. So happy to have found them, i have moved my family here and the results are fantastic. read more

Relocated from California and Dr. Jolley was recommended from a friend in Maple Valley. The office staff, X-ray technician Solo and Jodi were all really nice and helpful. A very pleasant experience. Meeting Dr. Jolley was easy and painless. Thank you for welcoming me to your practice! read more

The best dentist I have met. My six year old daughter had to get three teeth pulled out and it went very smooth, with minimum pain. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. read more

It's really tricky to make a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience, and I'm consistently impressed by the experience I have at Dr. Jolley's office. To be fair, Colleen, my Hygenist, is the best I've had. Her caring for her patients is only matched by the quality of her work. And yet, there's an even greater sense of purpose here. I can tell by the way this office handles challenges and communicates that they have a deep care for their patients and work. They have my highest recommendation. read more

Great experience! The staff make you feel very comfortable and offer a variety of accomodations. Will definitely be coming back!

Best dentist ever will never go elsewhere! Had a dentist tell my daughter she had a cavity then she saw Dr. Jolley who confirmed she didn't. He is honest and I complete trust him. Staff is amazing too especially Colleen...can't rave enough about this place! I'm a little hesitant to write this review as have to schedule my appointments 6 months in advance as it is as very busy office but they deserve the positive feedback as they are awesome! read more

I appreciate the continuing professional care I receive from Dr. Jolley and his entire staff. Each person is friendly helpful and kind. Dr. Powell who works part time at Dr. Jolley's office is amazing! I saw her for an emergency visit today and she was GREAT! Numbing didn't hurt. Great information give to me as the patient so I understood what my options were. Dr. Powell is very caring and helped me relax to have a great appoint. Dr. Powell gave me all treatment options and let me decide. This is the second time I have had Dr. Powell work on me and I will definitely be going back for her. read more

I recently visited the office with my young child and was disappointed in how the office was handling sanitation since re-opening. I only made an appointment because I'd received an email outlining their updated covid procedures, which were to include requiring everyone to wear a mask-employees and clients both, be screened, keeping distance, and having fewer patients in the office at one time. Of all of those, the only thing that happened was the screening at the beginning of the appointment for my child and myself. There were many people in the waiting room, none wearing masks other myself and my child, the few employees who were wearing masks only had their mouths covered, not their noses or they were pulled down under their chins. Patients came in and walked all over the office with no one asking them to put a mask on. During my child's procedure, both the assistant and dr Jolley did not wear masks while sitting over my child talking directly above within a few inches. I never saw dr Jolley ever put on gloves or a mask the entire time I was there, not just while with my child. And every room of the office had a patient so there were people everywhere the entire time. It's frustrating to have a business open back up and state they're implementing new rules to try to keep people from being at risk and going in to see it was a lie. I never would have brought my young child to such a high risk place and I'm disappointed we were lied to. read more

My 3.5 year old daughter and I just recently had our first visit at Dr. Jolley's office. The office is very clean and welcoming, every member of the team that we met was upbeat and friendly and I am so happy I chose Dr. Jolley's office for our new family dentist. The hygienist was so patient with my daughter, and really helped make this experience a positive one for her, complete opposite from her first dental experience! My hygienist was great and helped keep my toddler entertained while it was my turn in the exam chair. This office is great for the whole family! I would highly recommend Dr. Jolley's office to anyone looking for a great dentist in the MV area! read more

New patient at Dr Jolley. Excellent service from appointment, checkin and exam. My hygienist (Kenedee) was outstanding.

I was not able to get into my normal dentist as they are out of town so I started calling dentist as shown on Yelp. When I called this dentist's office they were able to get me in right away as I outlined my emergency (broken tooth all the way down to the root). However once they looked at my tooth, they provided contact information of ANOTHER dental office who can pull the tooth and possibly prep for implant. Apparently, they don't pull teeth at this office. Although I was able to get right in, staff were wonderful, I felt this was a complete waste of time and money! Needless to say, seeing my original dentist in two days. I did not want to risk this kind of appointment by continuing my search on Yelp. Disappointed, still in pain and poorer! read more

Fantastic service! Our family was looking for a good family dentist for over 7 years. Now we can stop looking because we found Dr. Jolley's office. His office staff were very professional and welcoming to all patients. They worked with our son who has bad gag reflex. When he came out from his office, first thing he said " this is the dentist office where I want to go from now on!" That was amazing to hear from him. Youngest son has appliance but his orthodontist and Dr. Jolley already talked about his plan so it was smooth transition. My husband was amazed about massage chairs. I had so pleasant service even I have all wisdom teeth. All of our family received welcome gifts which made us smile more. We are very happy to find Dr. Jolley's office. If you are looking for a good family dentist, his office will be the one! read more

By far the best debatable office I've been to and I'm 47 years old. I love the staff. Always nice and the hygienists especially are fantastic. Have never had an issue with their bedside manner or technique. I love the options for the uncomfortable patient such as message chair, tv, therapy dog etc. I personally don't use the options but glad to know they are there. I don't see myself living in the area forever so wondering if they will move with me!! read more

Dr. Jolley Will ALWAYS Be My Dentist!!! Dr. Jolley is by far the best dentist I've ever seen. His state-of-the-art (but, with all the comforts of home you can imagine) office is a good 30 miles from my home (closer to work), and I wouldn't dream of trading him for convenience. Anna (one of MANY excellent hygienists) was exceptional. She was very attentive, personable, and thorough. I couldn't ask for anything more from a hygienist. read more

I had heard great things about Dr. Jolley from friends, but long story short, after a very long examination (2 hours long) with some tests that seemed overkill, he said I had over ten cavities. He didn't show me my xrays, which was strange. He also declared quite authoritatively that my insurance would cover sealants, which turns out wasn't true. I discovered this the fun way when my kids' dentist thought the same, but our insurance doesn't cover it past the age of 14. My son is 16, so I got billed an extra $300. Anyway, I went for a second opinion and the new dentist said, "You do NOT have 12 cavities. You have 4 cavities, only one of which is even worth dealing with." I grew up with the greatest dentist. Then I was lucky to have another great dentist who retired. He also happened to warn me about dentists who were eager to call any imperfection a cavity. I have friends who work for dentists and one of them told me, "Dentistry shouldn't be subjective, but it is. Get a second opinion!" I'm so glad I did, because I was about to start letting them drill on four of my teeth in one day. On top of that, when I went out to the desk to get my estimate, the woman told me it was going to cost me over $3,000. I gasped. She said, "That's because you don't have insurance." I said, "I DO have insurance!" I felt like this was some sort of game to make the real amount sound good in comparison. It was still going to cost over $1,000 out of pocket because my plan only covers so much per year. I really wanted to like him like my friend does, but it was very disappointing. :( I see some people here love him, so I'm happy they found the right dentist for them. read more

I rarely rate businesses with a 5 star but this time would be wrong not to! I had been with my dentist for 20 years and he was retiring so had been looking for a good one for some time and found it... This was the best dental care and cleaning I've ever had or knew was possible. I amazed at how nice of facility they had and the staff, Kim was great... Wow just wow.... I just found my new dentist for the next 20 years or more. 6/15 read more
