Called to schedule new patient appts for my husband and myself, 8 month wait to have our teeth cleaned! They want to do 18 xrays to our head on intake and every 5 years after that, 6 each year in between. When are dentists going to evolve with their patients? We know more about ourselves now and some patients are told by their doctors not to have so many xrays due to thyroid disease and Alzheimer risks. We are continuing to look for a dentist that meets our needs. read more

I love Dr. Jolley! I've been going to Dr. Jolley's office since I was a kid. This is the most comfortable dentist office you will ever go to. It is immaculate and very welcoming. First, they offer you a comfort menu for your visit. This includes your choice of: a heated blanket, a neck pillow, chapstick (they have the best chapstick!), headphones so you can listen to music or watch tv, the massage chair turned on, and plenty of other options. I see Colleen and she is the sweetest. I even invited her to my wedding! She always makes the visit so enjoyable I wish I could stay longer. They now have therapy dogs if you have anxiety that will sit with you during your appointment. They're hypoallergenic too. I have been coming here since I was a little kid and it used to be in an old small brown building down the road. There is a reason why I still continue to come here 20 years later. Craig jolly office is so ahead in every department that i have not experienced such great service at any other dentist. They have cute emotional therapy dogs who will come sit in your lap if you are nervous. The chairs are massage chairs if you are waiting. The entire staff is so courteous and JT is such a nice and wonderful hygienist who at every step of the way will make sure to ask if you are comfortable and makes you feel welcomed. I recently visited the office with my young child and was disappointed in how the office was handling sanitation since re-opening. I only made an appointment because I'd received an email outlining their updated covid procedures, which were to include requiring everyone to wear a mask-employees and clients both, be screened, keeping distance, and having fewer patients in the office at one time. Of all of those, the only thing that happened was the screening at the beginning of the appointment for my child and myself. There were many people in the waiting room, none wearing masks other myself and my child, the few employees who were wearing masks only had their mouths covered, not their noses or they were pulled down under their chins. Patients came in and walked all over the office with no one asking them to put a mask on. During my child's procedure, both the assistant and dr Jolley did not wear masks while sitting over my child talking directly above within a few inches. I never saw dr Jolley ever put on gloves or a mask the entire time I was there, not just while with my child. And every room of the office had a patient so there were people everywhere the entire time. It's frustrating to have a business open back up and state they're implementing new rules to try to keep people from being at risk and going in to see it was a lie. I never would have brought my young child to such a high risk place and I'm disappointed we were lied to. read more

The office is very clean and welcoming, every member of the team that we met was upbeat and friendly and I am so happy I chose Dr. Jolley's office for our new family dentist. The hygienist was so patient with my daughter, and really helped make this experience a positive one for her, complete opposite from her first dental experience! I was not able to get into my normal dentist as they are out of town so I started calling dentist as shown on Yelp. When I called this dentist's office they were able to get me in right away as I outlined my emergency (broken tooth all the way down to the root). However once they looked at my tooth, they provided contact information of ANOTHER dental office who can pull the tooth and possibly prep for implant. Apparently, they don't pull teeth at this office. Although I was able to get right in, staff were wonderful, I felt this was a complete waste of time and money! Needless to say, seeing my original dentist in two days. I did not want to risk this kind of appointment by continuing my search on Yelp. Disappointed, still in pain and poorer! read more

Fantastic service! Our family was looking for a good family dentist for over 7 years. Now we can stop looking because we found Dr. Jolley's office. His office staff were very professional and welcoming to all patients. They worked with our son who has bad gag reflex. When he came out from his office, first thing he said " this is the dentist office where I want to go from now on!" That was amazing to hear from him. Youngest son has appliance but his orthodontist and Dr. Jolley already talked about his plan so it was smooth transition. My husband was amazed about massage chairs. By far the best debatable office I've been to and I'm 47 years old. I love the staff. Always nice and the hygienists especially are fantastic. Have never had an issue with their bedside manner or technique. I love the options for the uncomfortable patient such as message chair, tv, therapy dog etc. I personally don't use the options but glad to know they are there. Dr. Jolley Will ALWAYS Be My Dentist!!! Dr. Jolley is by far the best dentist I've ever seen. His state-of-the-art (but, with all the comforts of home you can imagine) office is a good 30 miles from my home (closer to work), and I wouldn't dream of trading him for convenience. I had heard great things about Dr. Jolley from friends, but long story short, after a very long examination (2 hours long) with some tests that seemed overkill, he said I had over ten cavities. He didn't show me my xrays, which was strange. He also declared quite authoritatively that my insurance would cover sealants, which turns out wasn't true. I discovered this the fun way when my kids' dentist thought the same, but our insurance doesn't cover it past the age of 14. My son is 16, so I got billed an extra $300. Anyway, I went for a second opinion and the new dentist said, "You do NOT have 12 cavities. You have 4 cavities, only one of which is even worth dealing with." I grew up with the greatest dentist. Then I was lucky to have another great dentist who retired. He also happened to warn me about dentists who were eager to call any imperfection a cavity. I have friends who work for dentists and one of them told me, "Dentistry shouldn't be subjective, but it is. Get a second opinion!" I'm so glad I did, because I was about to start letting them drill on four of my teeth in one day. On top of that, when I went out to the desk to get my estimate, the woman told me it was going to cost me over $3,000. I gasped. She said, "That's because you don't have insurance." I said, "I DO have insurance!" I felt like this was some sort of game to make the real amount sound good in comparison. It was still going to cost over $1,000 out of pocket because my plan only covers so much per year. I really wanted to like him like my friend does, but it was very disappointing. :( I see some people here love him, so I'm happy they found the right dentist for them. read more

I had my first visit yesterday (3.13.12) and highly recommend this office! The staff (Kim especially) & Dr. Jolley are amazing.These folks work very hard to create a pleasurable experience. They are using some of the newest technology and screen for mush more than any other dentist I've visited. They also don't nickel & dime their patients (laughing gas and many other portions of their service are free). They offer music, TV, massage chairs, warm blankets, snacks & chap stick. Also, the front desk gals work very hard at squaring away insurance which equals less out-of-pocket money! Sad that I went to Maple Valley family dental care for 3 years when I could have been seeing Dr. Jolley. I would give them 10 stars if I could. read more
