I left a message Sunday on Dr Johnson's clinic's phone asking them if they could see me Monday (President's day). They called me at 8 am Monday morning to tell me they could schedule an Emergency visit just after lunch. I was elated. While I was sitting in the waiting room, I overheard they are booked out a month. I was so blessed to have been fit in for my awful painful jaw/tooth. I had to wait a bit more than the other clients, as I was being squeezed in. I understood fully. When we did get moving on the procedure, I was amazed at how orchestrated the team was. No fumbling, no confusion, no wasted time. The dentist was in charge; his assistants knew each step ahead of him. My tooth feels great. I do highly recommend this man and his office staff if you have any need for a Endodontist. Oh, my friend went elsewhere and is back getting another root canal because his dentist didn't know there was a 4th root. Dr. Johnson has a 3D X-ray that costs $100 more, but it showed exactly how many roots I had in my molar. It was well worth it.

They were very professional, personable, and gentle. They explained what they were doing and listened to me beforehand when I was telling them about my phobia. They were able to do my root canal in one visit, but they are so nice and good at what they do, I wouldn't have hated to return if I had needed to. I had to wait a bit to be seen, but from what I can tell it's because they don't rush you through your appointment.

The treatments were painful and uncomfortable. I had to come back several times for redos. After waiting for proper insurance authorizations and assurances that treatments would be covered, They charged me anyway which leads to me to believe that they overcharged me. And then, over a year after treatment they send me a past due bill! Zero stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My family were patients of Milestone for many, many years. I would like to say probably eight years…read moreplus! They have an extremely high turnover with pediatric dentists, dental hygienists and office staff. While we were happy with the adult care we received from Dr. Parks, having a constant changeover in other staff affected our quality of care and overall experience. Additionally I had to stay really on top of keeping track of my family's xray schedule, as what was covered by our insurance because staff would attempt to perform X-rays without verifying coverage with our dental insurance. We decided to finally leave the practice after we cancelled an appointment. I had provided 24 hours noticed and was informed to penalize us, for not giving the required 48 hours notice, we would have to pay a scheduling fee each time we made an appointment, for every family member. I wrote an email to Dr. Parks to explain that my youth had pneumonia and I was treated very badly by staff for canceling appointments with 24 hours notice related to her illness. His staff member Denden intercepted the email and refused to forward it to him. After all the years my family had been with the practice it was extremely disappointing to be treated in such a way.
