Being forgetful, I forgot to pick up my medications at a pharmacy and realized the night before at 9pm. I called their after- hours line and shortly after, Dr. Chen personally reached out to me and addressed what I was worried about and assured me that they will provide me with what I need in the office before my surgery. I felt very taken care of and all my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable even though the thought of surgery scares me and gives me anxiety. Her dental assistant was so kind as to let me squeeze her hand as firmly as I needed which was very sweet. Dr. Chen also personally reached out to check in with me after the surgery as well.
