Both times I was able to get in for assessment and treatment within 24 hrs. The team even cleared time for treatment when I had been told there wasn't time available originally, which I really appreciated! He took the time to assess for himself what the situation was and the level of needed treatment and educated me on my options for treatment and timing. While I don't want to "have" to go back here, should I need further specialist care I will be back, and I would highly recommend this practice.

Two days after the second procedure I woke up…read moreat 3am crying because my jaw would not open and this was two days after they did the root canal I told them my jaw really hurt. Then they said they didn't know what was hurting my jaw. Mind you this was a 3 to 4 hour procedure. I thought I had a stroke so I went to the hospital ER. After many tests and CT Scan the ER Dr. Said I had severe extreme TMJ most likely caused by the dental procedures I had done. It has now been a full year and I suffer now from this severe extreme TMJ. It's excruciatingly painful. I Cannot eat normal. I Cannot Open my mouth normal, I constantly have extreme severe headaches feels like my skull is being crushed. And insult to injury, I still need to have the filling completed on the root canal, but I cannot because I cannot open my jaw anymore without extreme pain. Cascadia Dental should have told me to wait until my first root canal was healed before rushing in to do a second procedure so soon after the first one. NOW MY WHOLE JAW IS INJURED AND IN CONSTANT EXTREME PAIN !

The staff at Issaquah Endodontics were so incredibly kind and welcoming that it really took some of the edge off for me. Dr. Gabel was outstanding. I had to have a root canal done so my nerves were both literally and figuratively wracked. Dr. Gabel said "the best root canal is one you don't feel" and he made absolutely sure I was in no pain at all. It takes a lot to make me calm in this types of situations ever since my previous bad dental experience but he was so cool, calm and collected - it was obvious I was in excellent care. The whole time I was thinking "man, this guy is a pro." He really is. I don't recommend needing a root canal but if you ever do, Dr. Gable is your guy.

(Not a procedure that anyone I know looks forward to) That being said, I will testify that Dr. Kenji Beppu has made these experiences as tolerable as possible. His skillset has provided me with exceptional pain relief, while performing with great bedside manner and explanatory dialogue during the treatment. His follow up protocol is unusual, as I've received wellness checks/calls from him on the evening of each of these visits. My dentist had braced me for the fact that I might have to lose a tooth, but Dr. Wan was confident that he could save it, and did. After the scan I was told that they could redo the RCT as they don't really do extractions. My dentist had specifically said that they could not put the cap on so the evaluation was specifically for extraction. I ended up paying over $200 for a scan that was useless.
