I have been to many burger stands in my life. Each burger stands have their own identity in their name or in their food. When I step into the restaurant, it has a unique flair of color , black and white of old Hollywood, and New Hollywood to make more fun and entertaining. The restaurant has a display of entrees you can see if you like to order one of these entrees. I decided to order a cheeseburger combo to dine in the restaurant it was a perfect timing because it was lunch hour rush people were coming to the restaurant. They brought my cheeseburger combo to the table, and they brought the ketchup for the fries. I took a bite of the cheeseburger it was very juicy, and season well, everything was compact with flavors in the cheeseburger. The fries were very crispy that I enjoyed. Also, I enjoy my mugs root beer, one of my favorite root beer. Overall, I enjoy the cheeseburger at Bob's Burgers. Next time, I'll need to try a different item from their menu.

My wife had the teriyaki chicken combo minus the teriyaki sauce, with white rice and chicken and beef, plus a salad. Our daughter also had a combo that included chicken, white rice, shrimp tempura, and two California rolls. Every single item we had brought brought a smile to our faces, and we enjoyed our meals. The service we received during this visit and all prior visits has been top-notch, provided by ALL employees. Employees are very friendly, helpful, hard-working, and do a GREAT job every time. The restaurant is always clean and fully stocked with all condiments, sauces, utensils, etc. Employees can be seen cleaning and wiping down each table after guests have dined, as well as restocking supplies such as napkins, straws, etc. As always, this was a very positive dining experience.

The last time we came, he ordered the chili fries and I ordered an avocado burger. By the time we got home -- only a 10-minute drive -- my burger was cold and the bun was soggy. Yesterday, my husband ordered his usual chili cheese fries, and I ordered the club sandwich (no mayo). Again, by the time we got home, my sandwich was soggy. The bread was soaked and everything fell apart. Unfortunately, this isn't the quality we remember. I won't be coming back, at least not for myself. The drive-thru experience also wasn't great. It was extremely busy, with a line backed up outside like In-N-Out. One employee was taking about five orders at a time, running inside to give the tickets, then coming back out to take more orders. However, I was then told that the store could not issue refunds for app orders and that I would need to request it through the app. The manager tried to help me process the refund, but the app showed my order as already completed, so it refused to issue one. Customer service through the app was no help either. I had to escalate the situation by emailing the corporate office, who responded that they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. Meanwhile, the manager continued to insist that I return later once their bread delivery arrived, but at that point I was frustrated and just wanted my refund. Overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing--poor communication, no accountability, and a lot of unnecessary inconvenience for an order I never even received. I won't be returning.
