I picked up dinner here the other day. It's not the best Chinese food I've had, but it's pretty good. I usually order the same thing: Bigger Plate with half chow mein and half fried rice, broccoli and beef, chicken and string beans, and mushroom chicken. The portion sizes are always huge. I was incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to this location. I ordered half rice and half noodles with Kung Pao chicken and Beijing beef. Even though the beef and noodles were supposedly just refilled, they were completely cold. The Beijing beef was tough, hard, and an unappetizing grey color. The noodles were hard, sticky, and clumped together, while the rice was completely in clumps. I couldn't even eat it. I don't know if this location is under new ownership, but the quality has gone way downhill. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Needed to get away from this triple digit heat while waiting for the chiropractor next door to open. Walked in and saw that they have the super greens. I ordered a bowl of the super greens and their new item crispy almond chicken breast. The greens were cooked perfectly crunchy and not too salty. The almond chicken was surprisingly not sweet like the usual panda fare. It is quite salty though. Inside the restaurant was bright and clean, with more outside seating options. Tonight was not a good experience. Picked up food but they charged me for rice, a few strands of noodles the entrees seemed to have switched places with the side dishes. Panda is not known for serving an abundance of food which is good for eating sensibly, but tonight I am so disappointed. Here we have a double order of orange chicken with noodles. Seriously? Noodle bowl with honey walnut shrimp. You can count the shrimp, again not expecting a pound but this seemed under the top as opposed to over the top. This is supposed to be a broccoli beef bowl with steamed rice. Again sensible i understand but this is ridiculous. When I saw the plates I actually looked at the server and asked: "where's the broccoli?" She smiled but said nothing. The person that appeared to be the manager heard me but did nothing as well. My family and I have been coming here for years, lately ordering delivery which seemed like the reason why the orders were light. Today was the last day I visit this Panda. I had thought that they might have improved the quality of food after all these years of public concern about "low sodium" "low fat" diet. The food is fresh majority of the time, but with increasing prices, the portion are very small. If prices go up, why should the portions go down? For the customers, please review your food whether it is dine-in, to go, or online order for the portion sizes. I have to give this location a five star rating. If not for the food (which was good), then for the service. We placed a catering order for 26-30 people for our family christmas gathering. The food was very nicely packaged, utensils (serving and eating) were included, all the needed condiments (mustard, soy sauce, etc.) were included and the food was very warm and ready at the time promised. Prior to placing the order I spoke with the manager (whose name escapes me at the moment) about the best time to order prior to pick up and she was very friendly and helpful. And the price - it was perfect for the number of people. Total was about $200 vs. approximately $350 at other Chinese restaurants. No matter your opinion of Panda Express, please consider giving them a chance for this particular use case. read more

The teriyaki chicken does not look very appetizing as the color is light brown without any grill mark . The mushroom chicken was a little bit salty . I eat at Panda quite often for my Chinese food quick fix as they are one Chinese fast food chain that offers steam vegetables in-lieu of noodles or rice. Panda portion sizes are always smaller than your typical Chinese fast food restaurants but their food qualities are better. Unfortunately, the portion at this location is significantly less than other locations. Worse off, if you order delivery or through the app where you're not present, your order portion is much smaller and you get bottom of the pan crumbs.
