So I ordered like 4 chicken bowls asked for 2 with green onion... and all with extra sauce.... no extra sauce no onion on any of the bowls onion placed on side asked if I wanted sauce or hot sauce to go. The lack of service is just terrible especially since its evident that its just laziness on the part of the girl doing the register. read more

Eat smart, be healthy with Waba Grill! This is a great place to grab a quick meal to dine in or for take out. We got the Chicken Veggie Bowl with salad and avocado. Steak Veggie Bowl with brown rice and avocado. We also got the 10 pc dumplings. Getting the half avocado added to your bowl is so worth it. The steak is better than the chicken. I liked the Waba sauce. Good flavor so make sure to drizzle it on. The brown rice is a little plain so the Waba sauce helps. My only thing...visually, I wish the avocado looked better (for pictures lol) It's a great option if you're trying to eat healthier. read more

Came here to grab food to eat at work . When I got to work my girlfriend and I split up the food . Neither one of us could eat it . The rice was extremely hard and dry . The chicken was dry and there was barely any sauce to even try to make it eatable . I told my girlfriend to call and complain because we had to throw out the food . They said sorry but all we can do is give you a side of rice, she explained we are not in the area anymore and they said that was all they could offer . Why would I make another trip there on another day for a side of rice . Am I supposed to pay separately for them to add meat and veggies .Made no sense . At least offer me another bowl equal price . Been here around 5 times and have yet to get a correct order once. Today was probably the worst. Ordered a plate with Vegetables instead of rice and brown rice as one of my sides. I used to eat here atleast once a month but will not be returning. About a month ago, I purchased food for pickup using the waba grill app and when I drove over at the assigned time, a sign on the door said they ran out of food. Although it would have been nice to be notified before driving there, I was okay, it happens I expected a refund immediately but they asked me to call back the next day when the manager is there. I called the next day and the manager is not there. I try 3 days later and get through to Kristen who said they will process a refund. Its been almost a month and no refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Really bad business practices and basically providing no food and locking up my money for a month...never again read more

I like ordering food from WaBa Grill when looking for something fast as it's a healthier option, however if I can't get a hold of corporate and they don't fix their store and or delivery mistake, I may never order from them again. Management didn't want to give the cashier a corporate number for me. He walked up to the front offering to help online finding the number, obviously I've tried to find it, i even answered waba's questionnaire on my order and said I didn't get one thing I ordered, the store didn't answer the phone multiple times when I've tried reaching out, so I walked in the store today. Joaquin was super helpful and has customer service down as he was trying his best to help myself & the situation, more managers at establishments need to learn that part of their job, customer service. I attached my email confirmation of what I, I even had this with me at the store. I received brown rice with either steak or their plant based protein, and extra protein on the sides (which I've a severe corn allergy and also soy), no vegetables, no carrots & jalapeños, no green onion, no sweet chili sauce, no dumplings. read more

The food was prepared while we were there didn't take long and everything was fresh. I can't remember the name of the meal with no vegetables. We all enjoyed our meal. We enjoyed the service. The place was very clean. Service is unprofessional. Our cashier seemed that he didn't care or as though he had no idea what he was doing. The food portions in respect to the container are rather small as well. The edamame salad section that comes with the larger plate was filled almost a third of the way. The food quality was good but for the price overall unimpressed with our last visit here.
