They stayed on top of everything, and managed to get everyone's food out at the same time. No one was left waiting, which is impressive with a group our size. Even better, every single dish was delicious. Between all of us, we practically ordered the entire menu, and not one thing disappointed. The cocktails were sooo good too! On top of the amazing food and service, this place is absolutely adorable inside and out. There are so many cute spots for photos, which made it the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend for date nights, celebrations, or even just a great meal. We'll definitely be back!

Our waitress was friendly and offered alcohol parings to go with our meals. Food wise, I've had better. My steak hand zero flavor, even with the garlic butter on top. Which sucked, because I ordered my sides to complement the steak I was hoping to enjoy. The french fries that came with the steak was tasty I will say. I would come back for an appetizer and maybe a cocktail if in the area again.

We did a full inside restaurant buyout and had the option to select several appetizers, two salads and four entrees from the menu. Of all the places I researched, this was the only one that was willing to do a full sit down meal (as opposed to a buffet). The restaurant is very pretty (and photogenic) and there was plenty of space for our guests to mingle before the food service began. The food was outstanding as were the desserts. We couldn't have been more pleased with how our party turned out. I highly recommend Elia if you are looking for an excellent meal or party venue.

Love how open the restaurant is with windows and natural lighting. The food was alright and pretty expensive. We individually ordered, but shared like family style including appetizers. We tried the Saganaki $17.00+ Skillet-fried flaming kefalothiri cheese, brandy, lemon? It was okay. To me, it just tasted like cheese topping from a slice of pizza. It was cool to see it being lit on fire though. I did like the fried calamari, that was delicious especially with the sauce. I ordered the mushroom and spinach omelette $19. It came with potatoes and fruit like watermelon. It was decent, I mean it's an omelette so what can I say, lol. The serving size was perfect to share. Our server was good. The woman who helped us clean our plates and refilled our water was very attentive as well. The bathrooms were clean, two stalls. Parking is available in the back or on the street.

The experience begins in a small glass-enclosed entryway where you're greeted before the hostess is notified by radio. Moments later, the glass door opens, revealing a beautifully designed speakeasy with an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. The space offers comfortably spaced bar seating, cozy booths, and tables, all surrounded by tasteful décor that perfectly captures the speakeasy era while incorporating subtle honeycomb-inspired touches. The spirit selection is impressive, and the appetizer menu is thoughtfully curated. Their specialty cocktails are creative, balanced, and beautifully presented. We sat at the bar, where our mixologist, Kalika B, was both personable and professional. I always enjoy sitting at the bar when the bartender is willing to share their craft, and Kalika did exactly that. She explained the story behind several of their custom cocktails, the history of some of their spirits, their signature custom ice program, and offered excellent appetizer recommendations. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. The entire space was spotless and clearly designed with great attention to detail. It filled up quickly after opening, so I was glad we arrived when we did. Despite the growing crowd, there appeared to be plenty of staff, and the service remained attentive without ever making guests feel rushed. There is only one restroom, but during our visit it was never an issue, and there was no wait. I've been chasing speakeasies for more than 20 years, long before they became as popular as they are today. Whenever I travel, I make it a point to seek out a local speakeasy, so I've experienced quite a few over the years. Honeycomb ranks near the top of my list. It's the perfect size--not too small and not too large--with an outstanding selection of spirits, exceptional craft mocktails, knowledgeable mixologists who truly know their craft, and cocktails tailored to your palate. The atmosphere is elegant yet approachable, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality of the experience. The Honeycomb Speakeasy in Livermore is truly a destination-worthy cocktail experience. Be sure to check their Instagram for the current password, then treat yourself to one of the best speakeasy experiences in the area.

The service was fantastic, and every drink we ordered was thoughtfully crafted. Pro tip: Follow their Instagram before you go! They post their updated schedule and the weekly secret password there since it changes regularly based on bookings. Here's what we tried: Cusco Comb (1000/10): Absolutely one of the best cocktails I've ever had. It was sweet, strong, and incredibly smooth without the alcohol being overpowering. I loved it so much that I immediately ordered a second one. I would honestly come back just for this drink alone. Honeycomb After Dark (9/10): Such a fun twist on an espresso martini! It reminded me of a Vietnamese coffee with a boozy kick. As the ice cream melted, the drink became even creamier and more delicious. Gin & Tonic (6/10): I'm not personally a gin and tonic fan, but my sister really enjoyed it. She thought the ratio of gin to tonic was spot on. Fries (6/10): Super crispy with a great texture, but they were a little too salty for my taste. The only downside is that there's only one bathroom, so keep that in mind if it's busy. If you're looking for a great spot to grab drinks in downtown, I highly recommend this speakeasy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the cocktails are outstanding, and the service is consistently excellent. I'd probably skip the food next time and eat somewhere else beforehand, then come here to enjoy the amazing drinks.

The people who run this place keep this place tidy and clean as evidenced by how quickly they cleared my glass and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I missed the rock n' roll memo, but amazingly talented singers including the KJ himself. The sound system can be pretty loud especially the bass, so ended up keeping my ear plugs in. My only major reservation is how the karaoke queue is managed. Couldn't help but notice the bartenders and some patrons who generously tipped got to sing multiple times in a row. One of the patrons tipped $20 and sang three songs in a row. In comparison, I got one song in in the span of three hours. I kind of expected the place to start clearing out after midnight but ppl stuck around and seemed to be having a good time. If you're not into rock n' roll/metal karaoke, they also have pool, shuffleboard, and darts. I do like the KJ and the patrons here, though in the future, I'll just set the expectation that I'll get one song in and set a curfew for myself.

Weekends is buffet only for lunch. It was a good option for us as we are a mix of vegetarians and meat eaters, kids and adults. This allows us to taste many dishes without having to order a lot of items. They had setup a large table on one side of the restaurant and this gave us enough privacy to be by ourselves. The service was good but they were refilling the Naans on request. But they cleared our plates and filled water promptly. The food was a good mix and all of us liked it. There were some issues and we pointed it out to the manager and he was appreciative of the feedback. He even offered to give us some samplers to take home. We were already full and so declined. We would definitely go back again if we are in the area.
