3.5 stars I was killing time while The Wife was getting ready to do her improv show two doors down at SPARC. Very few people were here, but they were friendly. I met a dog named Ellie, had a shot of Jameson with a Guinness, and engaged in friendly conversation with a guy who either works there, or just shows up to do stuff, or whatever. That's when I noticed the bottles on the bar shelf. They were arranged by somebody with a significant OCD, perfectly aligned and in size-abetical order. It's the kind of place where you can leave your drink at the bar to step out the back door for a smoke. Pool table and plenty of TVs. Nice. read more

My review is for the security team working LepreCon on Saturday 3/14/26. I was asked to leave and given a ban for an incident that happened at a different venue. The details of that incident are posted on a separate review. However on this occasion the man in charge was very professional and deserving of positive recognition. He led with patience and not aggression. He gave me the respect to allow for an explanation and add context to what I felt like was a bad experience at the other venue. Apparently photos had been forwarded to him and he was to enforce a ban which extended to all venues his group was responsible for (a detail that was never explained to me). After discussing everything he agreed to allow us to stay but we agreed we would stay out of the venue we had the issue in from earlier. I appreciate the respect and professionalism and just wanted to let others know how I was treated. Especially on a difficult detail during an all day drinking event such as LepreCon. read more

As a girl, I always feel safe coming here because of the bartenders and ownership. They are the reason I've come back for so many years!

Such a fun night at this local gem! We showed up for bingo and drinks. I loved that bingo was 7:30-9:30, so I wasn't out too late on a weekday night The bartender was super attentive and made sure we had drinks in hand without even having to leave our table. Came here as a group of us were bar hopping to celebrate a birthday girl. Two random girls attacked me and the birthday girl for no reason, I was grabbed by the hair and slammed to the ground simply because I was caught in the crossfire between two strangers. Bouncers kicked our group out for trying to get the girls to stop attacking me as I was on the ground, and they let the attackers leave. They offered no help, seemed like they wanted to avoid us calling the police. I was pulling clumps of hair out of my head and had a gnarly bruise from landing on my elbow. Bouncers should have had an eye on the two girls and kicked them out before any of this happened, but instead waited until they got wasted enough to attack strangers way smaller than them. read more

Dj was super good, vibes were good, however, we came for my sisters birthday with a large group, bartender was super rude, refused to make drinks for people in our group, she kicked out the birthday girl, so that was dogwater. We left, had a great time else were. read more

Terrible service from the people that work here. Extremely unwelcoming and uninviting to my group of friends when we arrived. Made us all feel very uncomfortable and showed bad customer service. There are plenty of better establishments nearby that I would recommend people go to before stepping foot in this "establishment." Some people must be allergic to common decency and money. read more

Their bloody Mary's on Sunday's are the only way to go! Jason the bartender makes the best drinks and makes special Bloody Marys. I always stop by when I'm in town either after a hike or visiting wineries. read more

This is a great divey -country bar and has karaoke on Sunday nights. Knocked a star off because there is their group of old men that hover in the billiards area ( only one table) and won't let other people play. Like my group made it clear we were next and they forced themselves into our game. Bar is a $10 minimum for cards. It does get chaotic on Saturdays, so maybe use cash so you don't accidentally get the wrong card back when you close out. read more

We enjoy coming here for live music when our favorite bands are in town, or when musician friends have a gig. It's small but there is plenty of room for dancing and the bartenders are friendly. Our favorite nights are Jam Night every other Thursday hosted by Souljam. Bring your favorite instrument(s) or singing voice and play with the band! Lots of Rock & Blues. Contrary to another poster's experience, I've never heard country music in this bar. Which is a shame because I love country music! read more

I only come on Friday nights when DJ JAY BEE is on the stage. My fiance and I stumbled in one night because we heard some good music coming out from the doors. We ended up there the whole night. The DJ definately knows how to read people and keep the party going. The drinks are cheap too and the atmosphere can be better but the ambiance of the music out does the mediocre look of the bar. read more
