We were assured that it was the top of the line, so without seeing anything in person, we took the word of the sales manager and ordered it. Once it was installed (by the installer they set up for us) it was immediately evident that it was "rickety" at best. It was also an eyesore, with bright, plastic looking chrome on the handle which would have been impossible to see from the tiny thumbnail across the counter we looked at before agreeing to purchase (totally on us). But more importantly it wasn't stable. It rattles horribly when you open it. It rattles horribly when you close it. And it moves all around inside of its compartment. When we contacted the store, complete with video, we were told "no refunds," which was never disclosed during the purchase process. The receipt is emailed to you with the disclosure after you purchased the item and leave the store. The response from the manager was that this was the highest quality trash compactor on the market, despite the videos showing the contrary. He said maybe the install was dome incorrectly but his installer, who is very nice, told us that was the best he could do, so it was basically too bad for us. Buyer beware.

Inspected…read moreall three, but they only said one needed cleaning so they didn't charge me to clean the two others that would have been unnecessary. Then, they gave me thoughts on what needed to be fixed on each of them that I could do on my own instead of paying the extra work for a professional to do it, telling me I could call back to walkthrough how to do it when the time comes. And, they filled sand into one of the fireplaces that was left bare by the previous owner with no charge. Very friendly, thorough, and honest service. Would definitely use them again.
