Purchasing an entire suite of new appliances, sinks, faucets and hardware is a stressful and daunting task. Both of these knowledgable ladies worked with me through in person meetings as well as via email to ensure my products met my design needs and construction specifications. And yes, hard copies were provided for me to pass along to the trades people doing the work. Delightful may seen to be an odd word for such an experience but I felt heard and all of my questions and concerns were professionally handled in a timely - often expedited - manner. Thank you, Dani and Maleia. The employees are all super helpful and nice, but you definitely pay for the convenience of having it close by. Pros: Easy access Great service Good supply and options Worth it if you need small amounts of material Cons: Pricey compared to larger material yards Not a lot of options for loose material Road base is chunkier than you'd really like for projects like starter layer for pavers. Material sold by the 1/3 cu yard, but same price as a full cubic yard of material at other places slightly farther out of town I'd go here again inly when I need small amounts of stuff otherwise it's cheaper to drive farther for larger loads.

They accepted the material back into their warehouse and kept it, but they refused to refund our money. They now have both our material and our $3,000. I even went to the store in person to speak with the manager and politely ask for a refund. The manager refused to talk to me and simply said, "You can take your material back, but we will not issue any refund." At that point, the material had already been returned to their warehouse. I work in the fix-and-flip business and purchase building materials regularly. This is the last time I will ever buy from DG Lumber. I want other customers to know that if you purchase materials from this company, assume every sale is final. Even if they take the materials back and keep them in their warehouse, don't expect your money back. I would never recommend this company based on the way they treated us.

I visited the Tuff Shed in Canoga Park. Each time, I met up with Shah. Each time, it seemed that he's never met me before even though a couple of the visits were a few days apart. At any rate, Shah helped me design a shed that I had envisioned. And we scheduled a installation date soon after signing a contract. The crew was okay, but spoke no English. Therefore, none of my concerns could be addressed during the installation. As a result, there were a lot of small things that could not be corrected during the installation. Plus, the crew put a great amount of stress on a wall in order to reach the the roof of the shed. I'm surprised the wall did not collapse (see picture). I tried contacting Shah during the installation, but it seems that he never answers his phone. Never. I sent him an email after the installation to over my concerns. He finally returned a call and said that he would get a warranty crew out to correct the small issues. That was 6 weeks ago. I've heard crickets since then. I love the shed. I'm crazy about how I got there. For the amount I spent to go with Tuff Shed, I deserved better.
