ABSOLUTELY the WORST! PLEASE do yourself a favor and find another COMPANY. Pascale is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. Lacks communication between her boss, the sub and our GC. Points the blame on everyone else but herself. I am not a person to write a bad review. However, I hope to save others from going through what we had to endure with this company. Should have been named M&E Worst Fire Protection. Pascale quoted the job without once stepping foot into our business before or during construction to know what is going on. Our project was prolonged and never opened earlier than it should have. This ended up costing us more money and time. They made a hole in the ceiling and never fixed it. Trash and debris were left in the attic. VENTHOOD installation never completed. They let rain water come straight into the kitchen for several days. I am a restaurant owner writing to express the great service I received from this company. I had a fire at my restaurant in the middle of the day, and the Fire Suppression system went off as well as the alarm - it was crazy! Restaurant was packed, and then this happens. I quickly contacted M & E Best Fire and they arrived promptly (Within approx. 45 minutes). These guys were very professional - First thing, they made sure my fire system got recharged and back up and running - That meant my kitchen could start working again! Once the Fire Inspector came to inspect the restaurant, they took him around and showed him everything that was done - I didn't have to do a thing! I ended up even buying some more fire extinguishers for my restaurant. They were very reasonable with the price, and I was extremely happy with the service. MUST READ ---- Initially i gave them a 5 star rating. It was not cheap by any means but they got the work done. The reason why i updated my review was because now that im actually open the the hood is in real time use, it does NOT work the way any hood should. It is not taking out the smoke. The smoke lingers around the filters and then overflows into the rest of the kitchen and dining area. I call them and their reaction is that thats what was on the plans. They want to sell me a bigger unit. First off they are supposed to know what i need they came to measure and see the kitchen and they knew what was going under the hood. Second, no matter what. The unit is supposed to suck the smoke out. Even a little would be nice but its not even doing that. There was also a water leak during the rain because they forgot to remove something. They admitted this and fixed it. There is also a missing fan shroud so right now the fan blades are completely exposed. They won't do anything about that either. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. YOU WILL THANK ME. DODGE THIS BULLET. I have an appointment to see an attorney this week. I will keep the yelp community posted. read more

All it took was Yelp to find the best good cleaners in the valley. There was an immediate need for quite a few things related to hood cleaning , fire safety and much more . After receiving a letter from the fire department that our fire sprinkler system was not certified and had only 30 days to have proof of certification, we consulted with M&E , and found our system to be outdated. That meant a new system would have to be put in and we would have to pull city permits for a new installation. M&E quickly got the job done. In one day they drawn up pictures and plans that where taken to the city and the permits where pulled. That same night the new fire sprinkler system was installed.
