They said they'd completed the work and sent us a bill, but they never showed up to do the work. (The extinguishers showed that they still needed service and updated tags after we received the bill that said the work had been completed.) Later, they didn't show up to perform the next extinguisher service that they were scheduled to do. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice and I'm posting on yelp. I can say that immediately you feel safe in his presence and it's very clear he cares about ensuring people are safe and FEEL safe in their homes. He is a former cop and it shows. He is someone with the experience and instincts to really understand safety and that was very apparent in our conversations.
