I wasn't home; after the visit the technician charged my son $120. I called furious, but was told I should have been charged $195 for the cleaning, implying I should be thankful instead. Then the Tech texted me to find and buy 3 parts that he said is no longer carried by the manufacturer. He said can't buy it himself due to warranty issues; but will install for about an additional $350, maybe more if there would be more work. I called another company the next day for a $69 diagnostic. They spent about an 1 1/2 cleaning and were able to solve the problem completely for a lot less than AC DC intends to charge or solve if they really cleaned it as they claim. AC DC could just be pretending to know what they don't or just a complete fraud. AVOID at all cost.
