They were sent by our home warranty provider to fix water heater that only needs to be reset. They just leave and say they cannot find the switch and goes to report to the warranty provider that job is "done" when they weren't able to fix anything or even find the basic switch for a water heater. I call them to see what happened and they said job is done and they can't do anything to help us further. They did not even send a proper report to warranty provider We ended up paying wervice call to warranty provider to get NOTHING. They're impossible to work with. I suggest you find another provider. I would avoid using Arsenal. They were sent by our home warranty company to fix a couple of faucets. In one sink, there was a leak the very next day under the sink. And the faucet they replaced was wiggling and moving around on the counter within a week. The other sink they worked on also leaked through the cabinet not long after they "fixed" it. I'd find someone else. read more
