We are very happy we decided to use Roof It Right for a new roof for our home. They were quick to…read morereply and after receiving numerous quotes, we felt their offer was the best. They arrived promptly and the owners themselves, Lucia and Michael went above and beyond to make sure the roof replacement was done correctly and in timely manner. They also ensured that the property was left in good condition after the repair. Lucia and Michael strive to maintain good communication and transparency. They addressed any concerns or questions we had and were always very professional and kept us updated on the progress of the new roof. We highly recommend the services of Roof It Right whether for repair or replacement. Lucia and Michael definitely take pride in their workmanship. Thank you for making our home beautiful!

Today, it has become difficult to find good contractors whose commitment to customer satisfaction…read moreis evident from the word, Go! When we needed to coat our roof and try to get it done by the time our beautiful 'Monsoons' arrived, we were hoping that I would be able to throw on a coat of the elastomeric seal and be ready. I was hoping to save money and get the quality work that only I would be able to complete. I then realized this job requires more than I can perform. We required a professional. I had a few contractors stop by and they were all convincing that they knew exactly what I needed. There was one contractor that stood out and after the job was completed, I realized that Roof It Right, LLC delivered just what they committed to, and then some. I am completely satisfied with their job. This does not always happen in my life and it's far and few between when you find that one contractor that performs to assure your needs were met. The contactor was clear and concise from the quote, and they did address all questions and concerns I had. There are those times you can tell when a person or a contractor knows what they are talking about...and they did! Upon completion we noticed that they addressed all of our concerns, and they performed all the little extras that go a long way. They took pride in their work. I believe that taking the time to get one more quote was a win/win for us, the customer. Take the time...you will not be disappointed. I recommend Roof It Right, LLC for any roof jobs.

This is not a professional company. Joaquin took a down payment to fix my roof and admitted to…read morespending my money on himself, instead of my supplies. We agreed to a list of items to be done in 2 days with his 2 workers. He used "we" a lot, but there never was any evidence of other workers. He didn't show up the first day, and many other days. Joaquin never showed up when he said he would be on the job, and only worked a few of hours. He removed fascia boards from 2 sides of my house, along with other fascia broads later. This was way more than we had agreed to in writing. He disappeared for nearly 2 weeks and showed up at my front door wanting more money for supplies. He stripped my roof of most of the drip edges ripping paint off my roof and left it exposed to rain damage. He finally showed up with replacement fascia boards after money was lent to him by the man who recommended him. I lent him paint, brush, and sawhorses to paint the boards intended for the contracted amount, but it was double the amount of boards. Well he removed half of them after they were painted. He stripped my side porch of all it's fascia boards, but only one side was contracted for. He then abandoned my job after leaving me dangling for 6 weeks! I emailed him and was told I would have to pay an additional $2650 for the fascia board replacements?! In my opinion, this is extortion! He didn't complete anything. Did less than 10% of what was agreed to. Yet thought he should removed additional fascia boards without my permission and charge me more? Bottom line he is unprofessional, and the work he did was substandard. None of the fascia boards were cut square. Plus he left my side porch totally unsafe and 3/4 of my roof edges exposed to more damage. He also removed tile from my front porch, leaving this exposed to weather damage as well! I do not recommend Rambo Roofing.

Repair First Roofing - Beautifully completed job!

Back in late June I had gotten an inspection pursuant to buying a house. The only major repair that…read morethe home needed was a roof replacement due to some sagging/aging 4x8 plywood sheets (beneath the shingles) as well as shingles themselves that had endured hail damage. The homeowner also got an inspection and confirmed the diagnosis. They ultimately agreed to cover the cost of replacing the shingled roof and retained Repair First Roofing to do the job. Repair First was able to schedule the task just a couple of days later and their 3-man crew had it completed in 2 more days (this was crucial at the time since monsoon season was about to start)! From what I was able to briefly observe over those two days, the crew worked diligently and they were mindful of the neighboring properties regarding all of the old roof debris. Upon completion, Repair First provided nice aerial photographs. I had learned through this process that R.F. had a transferable warranty for a $300 fee. I contacted the front office and asked whether they might waive that transfer fee since the home, with its new roof, was about to be bought by me in a matter of days. Without hesitation, they agreed it would be absurd to charge a transfer fee in this circumstance. Following closing, Repair First forwarded the transferred warranty. Five-star props to John (the owner) and to Erin (the front office) for being consistently good communicators during the roof replacement process and gracious regarding the warranty transfer!
