There is a vibe of professionalism that I felt and really appreciated throughout the process of getting the roof repaired and recoated on our rental property. From first contact over the phone, to the estimate and explanation of options, to the actual repair job, the way DR & SC conducted themselves made me feel confident that I had made the right choice for the job. They communicated well, explained what was needed, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up exceptionally well, and the work seems to be of a top-notch nature. Did not actually use them, but their response was so disappointing that I did want to comment. Had a roofing issue and contacted them. We set up an appointment for about a week out. The weather that day was too bad for them to even consider going up on a roof. Emailed them to set up another appointment, to which they responded in a timely manner. My disappointment came when the day before my appointment, which was another 8 days out, they informed me that my home was not in their service area, however, they could fix my roof for $xxx - $xxx. How can you give an estimate when you haven't even looked at the problem? I wasted about 2 1/2 weeks for something they should have realized in the beginning. You may have great roofers, but you scored 0 on communication. read more

We needed to redo our roof. I found dependable and had them bid. I knew immediately they were the perfect choice. Chaz knew what needed to be done, the price was mid range, and the office manager Danielle was thorough and easy to work with on our timeline. While inclement weather delayed the project for 2 days, we are super happy with the roof. Everything is tight, we won't have to worry again about it, they offer a great warranty as well, but doubt I'll need it. Compared to the other roofing companies we explored using, i might mention the when Chaz came to bid, he was sober. Not any of the other companies...when the dependable team came, they too, were sober, clean attire, great attitude, and more. Before having the underlay replaced on my tile roof last year I got inspections and estimates from 5 roofing contractors. I chose this company both because of their reasonable price, their clarity of information, honesty and responsiveness. This company is operated by Chaz and his wife Danielle. For example, I had a problem rain seeping into my garage through the water heater and furnace ventilation. Another company that did the same exact work on my neighbor's roof told me upon inspection "Nothing can be done about that.". This companies estimate for roof repair was much higher than Dependables. On his inspection, Chaz told me that he could replace the ventilation jacks and seal them. Since Dependable Roofing completed their work in May, 2022 there have been heavy rains and I have had no leakage problems. In addition, Chaz gave me the same warranty as the other company. I was nervous about selecting a roofing company as this involved thousands of dollars. But am really glad I took the time to get 5 estimates and inspections and I'm grateful that I found Dependable Roofing. I give them my highest recommendation. read more

Dependable is an understatement to describe the professionalism and quality of work that Chazz and his team embody. In the run up to selling my house, I discovered I needed a new roof, and quickly so I could list the property in this hot housing market. I called many roofers in Tucson one Friday morning. Chazz showed up within a few hours after my call, inspected the roof, and sent me an estimate on Monday morning. Two of the other roofers who came by NEVER sent an estimate. The fourth company sent theirs 10 (ten) days after Chazz did. Once I accepted the estimate, work commenced less than a week later. I've never seen a crew work so fast, and so well. They actually seemed to be having a good time. Chazz is the kind of man who treats his co-workers with great respect and honors their work. That makes a big difference. They basically completed the roof in one long day. And course they did a great job. Then, the next two days, Chazz finished up, with careful attention to every detail. There were some scuff marks on my patio after all the work. Instead of cleaning it, Chazz repainted the patio floor. There was also a few on my driveway. Chazz showed up with a power washer for that. I've been living in Tucson for twenty years and finding good people to fix your car, toilet, something in your house, it can be tricky. I got very lucky when I connected with Chazz and Dependable. Oops, I forgot one thing. I have Solar panels, which had to be removed and reinstalled to do the roof. I had trouble finding one of the local companies to do this. Even Tesla, my solar company, didn't even respond to my calls or emails. Well, Chaz found the Solar, as well. From soup to nuts, to the sky and beyond, I highly recommend that if you have any roofing needs, give Chazz a call. You won't be sorry. read more

They just finished repairs to our roof. The process to contact and hire this company was superb! From just looking them up and sending a request through their website to getting out to our house and providing an estimate - they were on top of it! Prompt replies, very informative, communicated issues well with us. Repairs were just completed and we haven't had rain yet, so I cannot say anything about quality of work. But watching them do the work and the pictures they sent me, I feel confident that they did a thorough job and feel less worried for the next big rainstorm.
