This may not sound like a big deal, but from so many of the people we've dealt with in Tucson, this is a MASSIVE deal. So many are late, don't show, don't even call or anything. 2) Allen was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my roof, how they'd fixed it, how they'd move the AC unit and work underneath that, and pretty much everything else. 3) His estimate was exactly on point with what we were hoping it would be. That, we've found, is also rare in Tucson. 4) He then sent us the exact estimate, with all important information, by email within a few hours. 5) They have a 5 year warranty on the job. 6) I'm looking forward to seeing the finished job and writing Part 2 as I know it will be incredible. Ps. Roof Coating Specialists was referred to us by Jim at House Butler. He's a handyman and utterly amazing also. See my review on him here at Yelp!

I received a call and an offer to send another technician out to see if they could improve the carpet. They came out, readdressed the areas, and it came out great like it has in the past. No additional charge. May have been a problem with the equipment for the previous appt. Their grout cleaning is great, too. Makes the floor look brand new. So I commend them for their service check up and follow-up and wanting to get the job done right, to the satisfaction of the customer. Every technician they have sent out has been courteous, pleasant, and works to please. They have always been on time or early. They will continue to be my go to carpet, rugs, and tile cleaning company.

Alta Vista that was built in 1967. He also replaced a couple of burned out electrical outlets. John was busy and we had to wait a couple days but he was worth the wait! These guys are very service oriented and know what they are doing. I learned the hard way after having a bad experience with a supposed licensed contractor from Craigslist. Arizona Electric is professional! I will always go back to them if in need of future work! John - at one point - had recommended the owners brother to do some interior work and he spilled varnish all over the garage floor. I was very unhappy with that recommendation and paid the guy he sent less money because of the damage from the varnish that could not be removed. John is such a kind guy he went ahead and paid the brother of the owner the rest of the invoice even though as a subcontractor he did not deserve it. I respect that he works to do good by everyone. And he certainly is a knowledgeable electrician! You pay more but you get more! Call them.

This company was able to respond fast, and they get 3 stars for fixing *most* of it fast. But I hired them to fix all of it, and I paid them over $2.5K for the half day of work. While they were here, when I went out to see what was happening, no one would talk much to me. I'm a woman homeowner and I've found that some companies have workers who talk to me as the intelligent human who hired them, and some haven't figured out how to do that. This company belongs to be the latter category. (No women were on their work team unless you count the receptionist, unsurprisingly.) After they left some of the lights still weren't (and still aren't) working. I left a polite phone message asking for them to come check it out, and quickly got an email - not a phone call - in reply. The email said they will not come back even to look at it without charging me for $125/hour and they won't look at anything until I've paid them in full. (That little threat was sent to me less than 72 hours after this emergency occurred.) They seemed to have a close relationship with TEP, our utility, and it felt very much like working with a utility - not a great deal of customer power or choice.
