They completed a move-out clean and truly went above and beyond. Ironically, I had another cleaning company working on our new home the same day, which made the comparison easy. Although only two cleaners were available instead of the planned three due to my last-minute schedule change, the Working Bee team spent the entire day at the house and didn't miss a thing. And they were extremely reasonable. Their attention to detail was exceptional. If they serviced my new area, I would hire them for bi-weekly cleaning without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I purchased the 9 hours of deep cleaning special and was very pleased with the results…read more Pros: My cleaning team showed up on time with a text that they were on their way before arrival. The three ladies who showed up got right to work and worked hard until they completed. They changed sheets on the beds I left clean linens on, they wiped all the door frames, door surfaces and picture frames. They removed all the items off shelves and wiped them and the shelf down. Books were removed from book shelves, wiped and returned after the book case was cleaned. Whatever they used to clean the granite counter tops in the kitchen was amazing and left them super shiny. Cons: I didn't see what they used to clean my wood surfaces, but I would have liked to have seen an orange oil used to preserve the wood, but they didn't harm the wood by any means. Also, some things were moved around after cleaning, like the way books are arranged on the shelves, placement of trash cans and soap dispensers in the bathroom. Overall I was very pleased with the results and the team actually had to stay slightly longer than the time I paid for to complete the tasks. I really liked some of the nice touches, especially the decorative toilet paper folds on the end, resort style folding of towels in the bathrooms and the swept off front porch.

They may use a pre spray for heavy spots. I was initially disappointed this recent last time, because some of the dirty spots in front of chairs a nd heavy traffic areas didn't come out. Althogh he did a great job on two area rugs that were very dirty. They always send out an evaluation email after service. When that came I responded with my disappointmet. I received a call and an offer to send another technician out to see if they could improve the carpet. They came out, readdressed the areas, and it came out great like it has in the past. No additional charge. May have been a problem with the equipment for the previous appt. Their grout cleaning is great, too. Makes the floor look brand new. So I commend them for their service check up and follow-up and wanting to get the job done right, to the satisfaction of the customer. Every technician they have sent out has been courteous, pleasant, and works to please. They have always been on time or early. They will continue to be my go to carpet, rugs, and tile cleaning company.
