We just had Alex out and he spent a good three-hours cleaning screens and all our windows, he even cleaned our bathroom mirrors which he didn't even have too. We're at the tail end of construction on a house and our GC hired contracted Two Guys and a Sponge to wash our windows. The process of building a house is super stressful and most subs leave a mess behind, so I called the owner in advance to discuss expectations and requested they call me when they arrive so that I could meet them on-site. They fulfilled all of my requests for the most part. The two guys that did the work were very nice and polite. Overall they did a good job. But being that this a construction site I think the scope of their work could be more detailed. They didn't clean the door frames and window frames that were just as dirty and dusty as the windows. I think if they had done that too I'd give them a 5. read more

Some windows had smudges on them after washing and drips. Not the best job, will not be using them again. They overcharged me, had to pay $25 charge for stop payment on check. I realize accidents happen but broke one of my more expensive pots. read more

I used this service several years ago and it was unbelievably great. The windows were spotless and stayed that way for some time even when it rained. I was so impressed that I recently called them again. Last time there were two people here cleaning my 24 windows and two french doors with glass for 2 1/2 hours. This time one person was here for 2 hours. The best I can say is that they were cleaner than he found them, but there were so many streaks and when the sun shone on them they were not anywhere near the clean that I experienced with this company the first time. After years of service, called me yesterday an hour and 50 mins after our appointment time to say Sorry....other job took too long.. said did try to call twice, but no phone service (how taking 2 mins and driving up the road fora 15 sec call?). Apology is when you inadvertently step on my foot...unaccountability is when you miss an appt time by 2 hours and make excuses that your cell didn't work even though my appoint was scheduled 3 months ago. Accountability is when the office realizes the worker has not reported he left from 1000 job for his 1300 job and it is1450, so they check on him and his safety. Total Lack of Accountability is when you can't call the owner (or another employee) because the owner states he returns calls between 1700-1900. Tyler, sorry but you are a failure as a business owner. Caleb proped you up, but Koby is mess. Your service has changed and is freewheeling. I am an ex-customer...won't be back. read more

We called over two weeks ago to have our homes exterior windows cleaned. We gave them the count of the windows the scope of the house and told them that we wanted it done prior to family coming into town for the Thanksgiving week. One gentleman showed up and said oh I don't know if I have a ladder that can reach those windows. So we offered them the use of our ladder. The guy was rude and started out acting like he's never seen a home with windows. So they had to call his boss Tyler. He spoke to Tyler and came back and said I can only do a couple windows today and will have to come back tomorrow and finish. We were instructed by Tyler he knew the number of windows we had and that two men were going to show up and get the job done. Not only did two men not show up to get the job done they did not have the equipment to reach a normal second story window. After this unprofessional gentleman spoke to Tyler he said we're just gonna have to reschedule I can't do these today and he literally turned around got his vehicle and left. If this is the company you want to do business with go for it but don't be surprised when you are disappointed Beyond means like we were. If there was zero stars to rate they would get a negative one for unprofessionalism. Now we are stuck with windows that we wanted to get washed and chose them over another window cleaning company because they said they could get them done by this date. So we decided to go with them and give them a try. Run away from this company they won't be in business long with business ethics like this. read more

I was looking for a replacement for a person who had done an exceptional job on my windows for 14 years, but who retired. I spoke with a representative over the phone and liked his can-do attitude, so I thought I would try their company. After having experienced such outstanding work and service for so many years, anyone else would have been challenged to compete. Unfortunately, this company was not up to the standard to which I had become accustomed. The company is called Two Guys and a Sponge, but only one person showed up. He spent most of his time on the phone while he was here, and I didn't feel as though he was concentrating on my job. Compared to my former window cleaner, his work was merely so-so. Actually, I was surprised that he got anything done since he spent so much time talking on the phone. I didn't feel as though I received my money's-worth.
