3600 sq. ft. Flat roof needed re-coat and four skylights needed repair. This company did a masterful job. The two coats of rubberized paint were applied exactly as specified by the manufacturer. (Some bidders quoted using a thinner coat for second coat so they could use fewer buckets of material and bid a lower cost.) Beware, this voids the warranty on the roofing material. A storm damaged our 1600sf flat roof so we got 4 bids to repair. White Coat Pros set themselves apart from the others by providing an inclusive bid for the total cost so there was no guesswork as to what we owed upon completion. Their bid included a letter for our insurance company. The insurance company failed to fully evaluate the damage on their first visit. WCP came out a 2nd time & met with the adjuster & our insurance increased the payout to cover a full roof replacement. WCP also tarped the damaged roof to mitigate further damage until they could get us on the schedule. They showed up on time, completed the job on schedule & communicated with us on a daily basis.
