Had a great experience with Golden Roofing AZ. Daniel was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything easy to understand, kept great communication, and made sure the job was done right. The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out. Definitely recommend Golden Roofing AZ if you're looking for reliable roofing work. read more

In terms off the actual job, I cannot say if the cost was low or high since I gave them the work as the first bid to try and beat the monsoon rain. The work was performed by Valentine and Juan who did what appears to be an excellent job. On the negative side, their bids contains certain guarantees like great communication which I found lacking. Daniel bids but does not always return emails. Gabriel sometimes replies, sometimes not and never signs his emails so you do not know who replied. I gave them a. chance to bid another job but they never responded likely because I called out their lack communication. Office lady, Yvette, was very helpful though. read more

Golden Roofing did an amazing job. They painted our house and did our roof. They did very thorough work - even coming on the weekend to make up for time lost time due to rain, and to touch up on details. They have a very dedicated, professional and hard working crew. I had got quotes ahead of time and their pricing is very reasonable, which was impressive given the quality of work. Highly recommend. read more

I recently had a new roof installed by this company. The company is local and family owned, and the two young men who own this company are excellent examples of how a business should be operated. The company is honest and gives options but does not try to upsell. The roofing materials that were replaced were better quality than what I had. The workers showed up when they say they would. Phone calls are answered quickly, sometimes within hours. I wanted this company to do my roof because of their responsiveness and their professionalism, but they were not the lowest bidder. When I spoke with them about that, they matched the price. They even painted the new flashings so the job was so complete. It was a much smoother experience than I expected, and I gladly highly recommend GoldenRoofing AZ for anyone who needs a new roof or repairs. read more

Fair price, efficient and cleaned up well. Even repaired some minor damage to stucco.

When we purchased our home in July of 2024 we knew we were facing a complete underlayment replacement within a couple of years as our home is coming up on 20 years old. During one of the large downpours recently we discovered a leak coming from the flat portion of the roof. I did a lot of researching of reviews for Tucson Roofers and invited the five company's which I felt stood out. A couple of months ago Golden Roofing was doing a very similar size and complexity of roof directly across the street in our neighborhood and both my wife and I were very impressed by watching them work. It wasn't a shoe-in for Golden, but witnessing their work and work ethic along with their stellar reviews certainly got them in our top five. The day that Gabriel, the business owner arrived right on the time he promised, he inspected the whole roof and found where he believed the leak came from. He provided a very comprehensive professional quote outlying 3 options for the tile underlayment and two options for the flat portion, IE; a repair and a complete replacement. On the tile portion the top two of the three tiers carried a 30 year manufacturers material warranty as they were both synthetic underlayment. In reviewing all our quotes which by the way all five were price competitive, I made a a pretty thorough list of questions and sent it to my top 3 that I narrowed down. Gabriel wrote back addressing all my questions in a very heartfelt & professional manner. I had a couple of additional questions and over the phone or by text Gabriel was very prompt in his replies in every instance. I, being a retired mechanical engineer tend to be quite picky as to detail and quality. It was a difficult decision between the top 3 but Golden Roofing stood out way above all the others when it came to all my criteria and I phoned & awarded Gabriel my project. He made a commitment as to starting work the next day after Tesla removed my 42 solar panels which was in a weeks time. The 5 man crew arrived exactly at 6:30am and the first two days there were 9 crew members up on the roof. After that my crew of 5 were punctual every single morning without missing a beat. I made a point of every morning greeting each of them and at the days end personally thanking them for their work & dedication to taking care of our home. Another thing I almost forgot when I was choosing who to award this huge project too was, Gabriel earlier in his texts told me that he offers a 5% discount for first responders, military & teachers. I asked him if my wife's 36 years as a transitional specialist for incarcerated youth and later retiring as a truancy officer would qualify and he replied "absolutely!" Whew, I feel like this is a chapter for a book, but honestly, Gabriel and his dedicated crew of "actual Golden Roofing employees" deserve to receive a glowing review, they are that good. Last but certainly not least, my Project Manager assigned to us, Abraham Garcia came by every day and laid eyes on the progress & took both still pics and arial drone pics and emailed them to me every day. I wish I could remember each of my crew by name because I want to be sure people reading this review and searching for a Roofing Contractor hears loud & clear that these men in the pic below are all Good Men working for a Great company where the owner and his project manager have a Love for the Right things in Life! Abraham and his staff did a great job on our roof. I liked how they showed up early and cleaned up around the yard after they were done. Very reasonable priced as well. read more

Very disappointed in employee and owner! We waited over a month for insurance adjuster to come out and Daniel from golden roofing told us he would be there to do inspection with adjuster and Daniel never showed up. So owner Gabriel was supposed to call us and never received a phone call from him either. So now we are back at square one having to find another roof company. So annoying and very unprofessional on part of Golden Roofing. Everything could of been fixed with a phone call if he couldn't make it and a phone call from owner but their loss. Didn't even wanna give a star but had to put something but it should be NO STARS!! read more

Hire this company! Golden Roofing AZ was spoken highly of by 2 others in nearby upscale neighborhood, so I called them after a mesquite tree uprooted during a storm and crushed a car and put a hole in our garage roof. I loved their customer service (Gabriel Layva), prompt response to temporarily bluetarp the hole until insurance coordinated their issues, and professionalism in providing a very reasonable quote and ability & knowledge of coordinating with my insurance (State Farm) company's inspector (Seek Now). Once insurance gave the go ahead, Golden Roofing AZ sent very hard working laborers who made quick repairs and cleaned up everything thoroughly. My HOA was completely satisfied. They even made repairs so that concrete spanish roof tiles, that were visible, all matched the existing by placing shinier new tiles in place not visible and using older tiles in places visible - genius. State Farm required that we get the claim $, so Gabriel Leyva even worked with us for making repairs and then waiting for their payment (2 weeks later). You won't regret using them. They are a Top Notch company! Great experience using Golden Roofing for my rental property. Daniel was very responsive and did a great job on my roof. I would highly recommend Golden Roofing AZ. read more

After obtaining several estimates from registered roofing contractors, I selected Golden Roofing. The roof underlayment was replaced with quality Polyglass TJ Max (Not a cheap felt product). Gabriel Leyva and his brother Daniel, were courteous, answered any questions I had and took drone photos/videos to show work in progress. I had an issue of some tile replacements that were delivered (wrong color) and they resolved this issue quickly. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. Kudos to this roofing contractor who knows what great customer service is. Esther H (Highlands at Dove Mountain). read more

I wish I could comment on their work, but I have been unable to even get an estimate. The first appointment for an estimate was on August 29 and was a no-show with no call. After I called them, the second appointment was August 30. Although a half-hour late, this appointment was kept. On September 12, I sent them an e-mail asking when I would receive an estimate. As of today, September 25, I have not received a response. read more

A storm damaged our dbl. wide mobile home. We needed a new shingle roof, a new awning for the back porch and new railing all around the porch. We had no experience hiring a contractor but my husband ended up choosing Golden Contractors. He couldn't have made a better choice. We're not only happy with their work, there's nothing we didn't like about them and we highly recommend you give them a try too. Their employees are outstanding, their workmanship is superb, they're quick and they don't leave a mess behind. No old shingles, old tar paper, trash, nails or debris. You couldn't tell they'd even been there if you didn't know. All the workers work in harmony with each other. Gabriel, the owner and Daniel, the project mgs. are 2 of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They're the kind of people you like instantly, the second you meet them. The price quoted is the price you pay, no hidden costs or suprises with Golden. They're on time or they'll call you to say when to expect them. They guarantee their work too. Gabriel is a hands on type of guy. He's meet you at the job site and will answer any questions you might have, without making you feel rushed. He's makes time for the important things, like customer service. He's completely accessible to his customers. It's refreshing to find a company like Golden Contractors. I thought the days of good old fashioned service were long gone. Thank you Gabriel for keeping the "good ole days" more than just a distant memory. The typos aren't mine. The computer thinks it's smarter than me and changes them when I'm not looking. This review is for Golden Contractors in TUCSON, AZ., where I live and the work was done. I have No idea how San Francisco became attached to my name & review. I've never lived there. read more
