I don't know how a local company can get any better than roof savers. We've been using them for 15 years on a pitched roof and now a flat roof. Every single time I need them they answer and send somebody out the next day. There are times of the year where they're busier, but generally speaking they can come out very quickly. Their quotes are always detailed and fair and they send them out very quickly. When I wanted more explanations of the quote, I was able to talk to somebody on the phone who kindly spent a lot of time with me and walked me through everything. They offer a discount if you agree to do the work within 30 days and it's a pretty significant discount. To an already competitively priced quote. The work they do is excellent. It's top quality truly. They don't make a mess and they fix everything to top standards. I've never once experienced a problem resulting from the work they've done. I haven't had the best luck with local contractors, but roof savers is the one company in town that I have absolute peace of mind with. A+ company. I don't even think I'll get quotes from other places ever again. There's just simply no need when I have somebody like roof savers that I can trust. read more

Lost a roof tile. Called and was able to schedule the repair within a few days. I didn't get any other quotes, but I was happy with the service and ease of scheduling. I would definitely call them again in the future. read more

We have had Roofsavers take care of our roof over the last decade, including relocating last week. In addition, we've recommended them to friends who have been very satisfied. They are very prompt with coming out for quotes and their prices are reasonable. They were able to work around our rooftop pool solar heater with no issues. I was surprised this time how many workers they had here for the coating itself. They did the prep work the day before, but the actual coating got done in a little over 3 hours with workers from 4 trucks parked in our driveway. Pretty amazing. Roofsavers is one of our most trusted contractors in Tucson. We plan to have them take care of our roof for the foreseeable future. read more

And look at that. Excuses. Excuses. Excuses. The owner doesn't care that his supervisor was incredibly rude, condescending and antagonistic. It's incredibly clear this is a terrible company to do business with. Be warned, do NOT work with them. They will treat you like crap and then just defend their own poor behavior. I actually asked to speak to the owner yesterday. The supervisor told me "he's retired now and doesn't care about your complaint". Huh, I guess he cares enough to try to defend his terrible excuse for a company on Yelp. The company is just full of rude, lying employees that do NOT care about providing quality services. Do NOT hire them. read more

Had the company resurface my roof, I'll start there. The workers painted up my stucco and all over. I could only assume they thought I would check their work. They had to paint match and clean up the mess they created. Then winter came. Had a leak on the roof and they sent out a supervisor to assess and repair, but they stated it is their policy they are not responsible for interior damage. I had to have a handyman come and do the dry wall repair. About a year later, second heavy rain and same spot there was a leak. I had to cut open the drywall a second time and discuss the remedy with the company which they are not very nice about. The lady answering the phone is very condescending. read more

We got an inspection from Roofsavers, then tried to hire them to do the necessary repairs. Apparently they wanted us to remove our gutters before they could do the work, although this information was only contained in a vague sentence on the second page of the work contract my wife signed off on three months before they were scheduled to begin work. Importantly, it was not conveyed in person, not conveyed in the two documents they sent us indicating what we needed to do to prepare the roof for work, and not conveyed when they called two weeks before the job was scheduled to be completed. When my wife brought this up to the manager she was speaking to, they belittled her, acted as if this information should have gone without saying, and accepted no responsibility for the mistake. Something this important should be communicated clearly, but was not. Roofsavers customer service was atrocious, and the manager was patronizing and rude. read more

Great experience. Quick estimate. Quick scheduling. Quick call back for a small bit of mortar on one tile of roof. Estimate competitive (never take the low bid.) Crew user friendly and clean up perfect! Thank you Roofsavers. read more

Started their work during a rainstorm, which caused a leak into our kitchen. Condescending communication from the general manager. Stated "satisfaction guarantee," but no follow-through on that guarantee. Overall customer service was not helpful. The finished product was good, but it was a hassle to deal with them, they never took responsibility for the leak they caused, and it's the first contractor I've struggled with. If you have other options, choose them. read more

Shoed up on time did good work. Made a complete review of roof with pictures etc, came back quickly and repaired some splits that appeared. Competirively priced. read more

Terrible communication from the office and inconsistent information from the same estimator. Look for a better company for roofing repairs.

We had them out to give us an estimate on the work needed on our roof. The estimate was fair, compared to others. They were responsive and clearly explained the work that was needed. Day-of, they were here promptly and completed the work in good time. We noticed one issue with a spot on the roofline after they had gone for the day; after contacting the office, they sent out a couple of guys to take care of it within a couple of days. This work was done during the COVID-19 pandemic - they were respectful of our space and wore masks the entire time. I would recommend them and will hire them again if needed. read more

We have used Roofsavers from the time we purchased a home in Sahuarita fifteen years ago. We would have them do a roof inspection every few years as cement shingles can often slip out of place, as well as other issues that cold show up over time. They have always been very professional in their inspections and their communications from those in the office to those who came out to inspect. This year, a couple of issues showed up during the inspection - nothing major, but they needed to be addressed. Excellent people in the office to communicate with - work was scheduled in and any paperwork easily filled out. Their work crew showed up on the day and time as scheduled. The crew was very courteous and friendly and the work was performed in a very professional manner. From those in the office to the gentleman woh came out to do the inspection to the crew that came out to do the repairs - it was top notch all the way. A real pleasure to deal with - fair prices - professional workmanship! I often recommend them to neighbors and those who have used them have also benn very happy. We'll continue to use their services to have our roof inspected every several years and if any issues appear that need attention, we will have them do the work. Highly recommend to all! We've used roofsavers in the past. They're consistently excellent. On this occasion, we needed to patch two holes in the ceiling: Comcast had run a conduit through the roof, and since we got rid of Comcast, we wanted to get rid of the conduit holes -- why there were two of them is a mystery that only Comcast could answer. Antonio showed up on time, explained the work that he was going to perform, and performed it. After he was finished he asked us to take a look and confirmed that the work was performed as described. Flawless work. Antonio was super-polite and friendly in addition to being a total pro. Will use again if we need them. read more

Our experience with RoofSaver, Locke Roofing was GREAT! They are a very professional and easy to work with company. My wife and I researched them extensively and their reviews are excellent, as well. From the receptionist to the estimator, to the expert workmen, everyone was polite and courteous. The work on our leaky tile roof was performed on time and satisfactorily. We strongly recommend RoofSavers. read more

RudeSavers. How does this company stay in business? They will call you several days after the project was supposed to be finished and tell you it's not finished(!). I don't trust that they did the work they were supposed to do, and I definitely will not be using this company in the future, because whoever is at the other end returning emails is so horribly rude and condescending when you ask a question. I don't know about roofs. You do (or you're supposed to), so don't be rude to customers when they ask a simple question. Learn how to communicate on every level RudeSavers. read more

Our experience with Roofsavers has been A+.... We had an inspection done when we bought a home. Roofsavers fixed everything the first time- They were timely, professional, reliable. They took before and after photos for us. Within 6 months I had an issue.....turned out to be completely unrelated..... Roof savers came out 2 times to help us get to the bottom of the issue. They were always timely and reliable. They went above and beyond to take care of us. As long as we are in Tucson- they will be our Roofing care provider. Thanks Roofsavers! read more

My wife and I just recently bought a house and were told during the inspection period a couple of conflicting things: 1) That the roof had just recently been re-coated and was not leaking anywhere, 2) That the roof needed to be replaced (what they called the "blue sky job" *shivers*), and 3) That the roof was fine, it just needed to be re-coated because it hadnt been done properly or any time recently. As is usually the case with these things, the truth was somewhere in the middle. Roofsavers came out and made a bid on recoating our main roof and redoing the roof on our studio. Very reasonable pricing all things considered. We were told that considering how poorly the roof was installed on our studio, it may be necessary to replace some boards at an additional parts cost. When they got into the repair, they found it to be unnecessary and we were charged precisely what we were quoted. Work on the studio's roof took 1 day (only one worker) and the very next day, 3 guys came out and recoated the main roof. The guys were quick, clean, professional, kind, punctual, and courteous. Plus they saved me thousands of dollars I would have had to pay some guys just trying to do an unnecessary repair for the money. Thanks roofsavers! Pleasure doing business... read more

If you are looking for polite, timely roofers, that guarantee their work and clean up after themselves, then these roofers are for you. They fixed the leak and cleaned up the debris on the roof from the trees overhanging the area and were quick and responsive to questions and phone calls. Best of all, the price wasn't too bad. (Roof repairs are never cheap, but you get what you pay for.) I will use them again. They were recommended to me by many people on Nextdoor! Thanks again Roof Savers. read more

I had significant amount of roof work done that took about a week. Roofsavers was very professional, beginning with the estimator who wrote up a detailed estimate which none of the other roofing companies I got estimates from did. Roofsavers had a long backlog of work so it took awhile but it was worth the wait. Joe and his crew did a great job. They kept me informed of issues and took great pains to do the job right rather than just doing stuff and moving on to the next job as quickly as possible. The parts of the roof work I could see from the ground were very well done and it gave me confidence that the work on the roof that I could not see were also well done. I highly recommend Roofsavers. read more

This company is highly responsive, tends to requests in record time, and does particularly fine roofing work. They are fair in their pricing and I find them to be both honest and diligent with a particularly fine work ethic. I have used their services each year to inspect my roof and found them to be accurate in their appraisal when determining if the roof needs sealing. In this regard, they have in a ten year period felt that my roof only needed sealing twice. Their work for me has stood the test of time and I couldn't be more pleased to recommend their services to others. read more

Roofsavers came out this summer and fixed what their guys honestly thought I needed to have repaired on my roof (they thought I just needed flashing). That didn't solve the problem and three months later, they came out and fixed it right. They even made the job a priority. I was impressed with their quality of customer service on the first visit and even more impressed on the second visit. No hassles, no worries, no fuss; they warrantied their work based solely off their word. I'll be calling them again when it comes time to put up a new roof. It's an honest company and one that doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. read more

The whole process was easy. They did the estimate to re-coat my roof and came when scheduled. The quote was detailed and addressed my concerns. Other quotes didn't address those concerns, so be sure to examine quotes carefully, I say. A+ service throughout -- Exceeded my expectations for a Spanish tile roof repair and will hire these folks as long as I am in Tucson. This company was recommended by 3 other roof installation companies because Roof Savers apparently has the most experience with walking on clay tile roofs without cracking them. REASON: Needed mesh screens installed on roof vents. I have Spanish clay tiles (delicate!). Palo verde beetles and cockroaches were crawling into the house, apparently from the fireplace and attic vents. PHONE CALL: Receptionist was very professional and got me an appointment right away, even during monsoon season. ESTIMATE / COST: Ricardo was efficient, professional, and friendly during his visit. At $380, his quote was the lowest, compared to $500 and $1550. REPAIR SERVICE: Crew arrived 15 minutes early and was very professional, thorough, fast, and even super friendly to talk to. Antonio and Pedro wore soft rubber shoes, and spread their weight evenly across 2 tiles, and walked in a sideways direction to again maximize weight distribution. I watched Antonio screw in the mesh over each vent (attic, cooking, and fireplace at my request) because he understood the importance of keeping roaches out of my home. Meanwhile, Pedro slowly and carefully examined the roof for cracked tiles and replaced 13 of them. I was curious about the process and watched as he lifted each cracked tile. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: My job was relatively tiny compared to a complete installation, however Roofsavers did not push back my needs despite the monsoon season (as other companies seemed to want to do). Each staff person I talked to was professional and friendly. They don't mess around, and they don't price gouge. As for the bugs -- ALL GONE. read more

We own several rental properties around town so roof work is not a rare event unfortunately. After having the roof patch job from a removed chimney utterly botched by another vendor we called RoofSavers to come out and do it right. Since then we've used them for several recoats and another leak repair - all good quality work done on time at reasonable rates. read more

Roof Savers came out gave us a estimate for our repair and a discount for booking within 30 days. They also called and offered to come out sooner when a opening came up. My husband did have a question so I called the office, they had someone out the next day to address it. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I need any roof work done. read more

We have used Roofsavers/ Locke Roofing for approximately 16 years now and without incident or issue. They are reasonable and the crew cleans up their mess. This year we had asked if they would be able to put a turbine vent on my garage roof. They did a great job getting that installed and it has helped to keep the air in the garage circulating better. What home owners using Roofsavers need to understand is that they are Roofers - NOT general contractors. So if you have had a water leak the made it past your roof lining and/or insulation to the interior of your home they you are on your own looking for either a GC or a really talented painters. Roofsavers does not handle any interior damage to any area of the home and they make this very clear during your initial conversation. That being said ... the only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me this year is that our estimator either didn't fully understand me or he forgot what we spoke about during the initial inspection for the estimate. There were several tiles and a couple of areas on the joints that needed work but those were forgotten on the estimate and to be honest I missed it as well since the estimate was emailed via scanned image and I missed it. When I got the hard copy I soon realized that those things were omitted from the work order. I called back and they resent the estimator who remembers everything and acknowledged that he didn't know why it wasn't on the order and gave me a break for the second trip which I very much appreciated. I also had a little bit of an issue communicating to a young woman in the office who may have been a millennial and I wasn't convinced that she understood me and gave me to someone other. So the only ding on this review was in communication only ... all the work and work crew were great to deal with. I would recommend Roofsavers and have to all my neighbors, friends & family that live in the area. read more

After a hard rain here in Tucson, I phoned Roofsavers to see if they could inspect a leaking skylight. They came within a timely manner and inspected the skylight, giving me a very reasonable estimate for the repair. The very next morning, the guys showed up to fix the skylight. Now, that's service! The person who came to do the repairs was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem. I will definitely use Roofsavers Locke Roofing for all my roofing needs in the future. read more

This review is not based on any work performed by employees of this company. This review covers my experience with customer service via telephone. I was recommended to this company through a realtor. I called to make an appointment to have an experienced professional come to my home and provide an estimate for elastomeric roof coating. The woman I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful. I was given a five hour window, 0700-1200, on a Wednesday and was advised that I would receive a call when the employee was enroute. I waited until 1145 and called myself. The same woman advised me that the person scheduled to come to my home was all the way across town working a different job. So the woman now tells me the roofer won't be at my home until at least 1:00pm. So, I explained to this woman that I just wasted half a day waiting for someone that was not going to come during the time window in the first place. She then asks, "So, should we reschedule your appointment for a later date?" No, lady.... I don't want to waste another day waiting for someone who's not going to show... I understand these type of companies are probably busy but with this type of customer service, I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.... read more

These guys are the best!!! They do good clean work, on time, and are very honest. 4 years ago they resealed my roof because of some minor cracks around the skylight. They informed my that the initial estimate of $600 could be higher if they found additional problems. They did the job for $600 stating that was all that was needed. After four years of some weather extremes, I thought the roof might require additional maintenance before the beginning of the monsoons. Ricardo Santiveriz did the inspection and stated that everything was tight and no service would be required at this time. What great news!!! He could easily have recommended that work be done, I wouldn't know the difference and would have gladly paid in order to be reassured that my roof was in good shape. read more

They were supposed to have fixed some very small issues before closing; they got paid.... But a small repair did not hold. Owner comes by and tells me he does not know how it happened, when I point out to a developing tear I am told is the weather... After a few moths?! No, this simple job was not done properly. To get them to come back for a warranty repair has been frustrating, one says one thing the other says another. The leak ruined an appliance; I am told to claim my insurance. I was told the leak was going to be fixed this week, but it takes two days of calling them to get it scheduled...and I get a huge run around from the scheduler when she calls back. It looks like they are really busy doing warranty repairs! This should have been a simple courteous repair, but lo and behold they have to wear the customer down instead! Masters of the spin. read more

We owned a business in Arizona. We wanted the roof of the property building evaluated and so we called Roofsavers. The guy who came out to look at the roof clearly just wanted to be done. He was in a giant rush. Wasn't particularly polite to us, either. Didn't seem to care about his work. It was a waste of our time. We eventually found a company that sent out a courteous workman who seemed interested in doing a good job. Answered all our questions. Didn't seem to think we were a bother. I felt so disrespected by the rude treatment I received by Roofsavers, and it was relief to find someone who took pride in their work.
