I did not have any problems with pressure loss before purchasing tires from this company. The left rear tire kept dropping pressure to 10 on the first set of tires and required daily air refills. The tire had no nails and no rim issues. Took the car back for evaluation and this company could not find the problem. Had to ask the cashier for the corporate number, which she didn't know, and was reluctant to give and then at that time encountered a very rude manager, Ray who stated, "I'm corporate, what can I do for you?", I asked him to replace the rear tires since they could not find the problem. On 6/5/2026 the rear tires were replaced and on the following morning, the left rear tire continued to lose pressure and required daily air fills. Due to a lack of trust and lack of confidence in the work at this company, I took my car to a different Tire company for evaluation, and they immediately knew it was the stem valve. Ray, the manager at Bull's Dog, stated they had checked that out on my previous visits and did not see a problem. After paying this company a fee, I went back to collect my money from Bulldog Tires, and Mr. Ray, the manager, was very rude and unprofessional. Being a woman, and the kind of attitude and lack of sleep from the stress of the back and forth, I would not recommend buying tires there. They did not replace my stem caps on 6/5/26, They caused the stem valve issue. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

The first engine they got had a cracked block and the second engine was put in and told me it was ready. picked up my vehicle 30 minutes later the engine started knocking. it was towed back and couple days the man in the told me it was a camshaft issue but it turned out to be a stretch timing problem and now third engine a week later my a/c not working loud noise coming from vehicle and smell of antifreeze from the engine. the customer service sucks they placed the blame on the warranty company but they were paid close to 10,000 to put an engine in my truck that works and with a warranty. after all this I go to pick my truck up and I asked for my warranty paperwork the guy Jeff manager told me he gave me the paperwork 2 weeks ago. keep in mind two ago they had taken out the second engine and put a third engine. he tried to get me to used to paperwork for an engine that is not in my truck which would void the warranty as such stating they didn't work on my vwhichever. The owner was contacted and began arguing with me about my warranty paperwork I had to call the police. only then would they give me the right paperwork for the third engine they put in my truck. be very aware bad customer service want assist in getting rental car want update you.
