If your product turns out to be defective, don't expect them to help. The manufacturer's warranty states the club is covered within one year of purchase (or two years from manufacture) and instructs customers to take it to the reputable retailer where it was purchased. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Dick's. No one made any effort to help us with the warranty process, and we were left stuck with a defective club. My advice? Buy directly from the manufacturer whenever possible. If customer service and warranty support matter to you, I'd avoid purchasing investment items from Dick's Sporting Goods.

(I go to this store 2-3 times a month, by the way) It's a bummer because I really do love Lululemon, and am very passionate about their brand, but the staff could not seem any less interested in it, and probably only work there for the discount.
