I wouldn't go anywhere else for 2nd hand kids stuff! I am a thrifter but very picky with cleanliness and order. Kid-to-Kid is clean and airy, organized, and well managed. I have bought clothes, supplies, books, furniture, winter coats, shoes, Broncos gear, toys, and more since 2020! I honestly don't know what my family will do with ourselves once our children get too old. We might just come in and chat with the amazing staff for no reason or just stand aimlessly outside the front door. P.S. I am a big fan of kid to kid, but I do think this location specifically is great! It's a decent size inside. They actually used to have a smaller location that was in the same shopping center but moved to this bigger location probably about a year ago. So much variety of options. Lots of time you can get stuff never used! Last time I came here I got a brand-new diaper genie! They have a lot more items than you would expect. For instance, they even had maternity clothes which is something that is not always easy to shop for. Definitely recommend coming here for everything kid and baby related! It always feels good to get a good deal and this place doesn't smell gross like some thrift stores do too. read more

I usually bring in a tote box of clothes and toys my kids have grown out once every 1-2 months. Honestly, it's not a place to make a majority of your money back for your toys or clothes. Kid to Kid beats dealing with trying to sell it on FB or a garage sale and I can try to get a couple bucks instead of just donating it to ARC. They make it really easy to drop off a bin and pick it up in a few hours. My last few totes have made about $1-$1.50 per item. My tip would be to wash everything and lay it flat in a bin. I like to put matching sets together and they definitely love current styles and name brands: Nike, Jordan, Carhartt, Zara, Columbia, The North Face. Not so much Target or Walmart brands. As a buyer: go in the morning, like the first 30 mins after they put new stuff out. I've found gems that they bought the day before. I wish more customers washed their items before bringing it in to sell. I bought my stroller here for $40 and it retailed for $300 brand new. The liner was completely dirty and stained but a quick wash and it looked brand new. Definitely look at the very top of the clothing racks. I've seen some amazing larger toys there. My favorite thing to find are the bamboo pajamas and rompers. They also have a great selection for whatever holiday is coming up. For Halloween, go the first week they put out their costumes! They have a better selection than retail stores and for a fraction of the price! I recommend following their IG page and signing up for texts. This past weekend they had 20% off regular purchases IF you mentioned their text or story on IG. read more

This store has restored my faith in Kid to Kid! I visited both one in Northern California that has since closed (and received a negative review from me) and one in Westminster that was very inflexible and lacked customer service. Aurora Kid to Kid was the opposite; kind, friendly and helpful staff! I arrived with 2 bags, but only brought in one, since a previous location I visited would not allow for more. Employee stated that I could bring in all my bags to sell. We just relocated from the Bay Area, and have little winter clothes, so planned to shop while my items were consigned. I asked about the wait time, and it was going to be several hours. I live far from this location, so I considered leaving and not selling my items here, but the associate was so helpful and told me she could bump me up to have all looked over in the next hour! I shopped for my son, and even had a spa experience by visiting the brow threading salon next door while they finished up with my items! When I returned, I learned that they were buying 17 pieces from me for a total of $45 trade credit or $35 cash. I opted for the trade, and was able to get my son 2 Nike hoodies, a puffer vest, a teddy pullover Mini Boden, and an Old Navy sweater. Great selection and a lot was marked down on clearance (50%). They have a lot of sales (which I find out about through the text system).

Had some items my son has outgrown. Put them together in some totes and took them down to see what items they thought they could sell and would want to buy from us. I had looked on their website and called to check when they take items as I couldn't make it during their store hours earlier in the day. The associates who answered my questions both times were polite and helpful. By the time I arrived, there was a sign posted that they were done buying for the day and to check inside. One of the two associates said they could take a drop off and would text me when they finished processing my items. I registered on their customer terminal and the associate verified my information and my items for sale. She told me again they would send me a text when they were done and it would probably be the next day. I had no issues with this. I browsed the store as I know many people with children and I'm always on the lookout for them for good deals or ideas for presents. They have a lot of clothes and toys. Safety items like child locks and strollers, shoes and toys. Affordably priced which is great for buyers and sometimes not so great for sellers. Parking in front of the store is best because you want to be near the store if you are lugging things in to sell. Or if you purchase many items and need to load it in the car. Received a text they had completed processing my items and how much they were willing to pay me. You get more if you take store credit but since I don't have littles I went with cash for my son. I thought the amount was fair as they price their items affordably and have to purchase at a less expensive price from sellers. And I didn't have time to sell the items myself so it was convenient. They returned some items they didn't buy and checked me out quickly. I would come again if my son decides he wants to minimize his belongings. read more

We brought in a stroller, two bags of clothes and some other baby items to the store. I didn't accept the offer they gave me. When I came back to the store to pick up our items, they could not find the two bags of clothes that were left. How do you lose the clothes but still have everything else? Compensated with $10 store credit, are you serious? These were clothes that I bought for my grandson that had only been worn a couple times. Definitely worth more than $10. read more

I was pleased with the quality and my kids were happy. I will keep shopping there until they my kids get too old for their stuff. I wish I could give 0 stars. I don't even know where to start. I have had so many sub par and bad experiences I'm not even sure why I still try to shop or sell here. I'm officially done. The selection is poor, often dingy, worn, and stained. Organization is horrible and customer service is lacking. Today me and my seven month old braved the wet cold to run some errands, one of which was trying to sell some clothes. I lugged my baby and my bag into the store only to be told that they will no longer even look at clothes in bags. I get it, but you know on the website it specifically says they can't accept clothes trash bags and this was a large shopping bag. I understand that I'm stretching a bit here, but who has time to empty a bin out just to take it to this place or has random empty bins in their house. Either way the woman who told me they could not accept bagged clothes even though the place was empty and she certainly didn't look even remotely 'sorry for the trouble.' I always bring much nicer, cleaner, and cuter clothes to sell than the ones I find in this hole. How about buy nicer clothes from people instead of turning them away for a logistical error? As for me, I'll take my selling and buying elsewhere and I'd suggest you do the same. read more

I love kid to kid, I have shopped here for years. I have also been consigning for years as well. Lately they don't give you anything for what you're selling them. Their prices for clothes have also gone up tremendously. I have seen two of the same items for different prices, that doesn't make sense to me.
