However, I'm not at all happy with John Wilson. We had to file a claim because the installer ran into an HVAC wire in our attic. It was a Saturday afternoon. So we had to pay a weekend AC service call which was expensive. John Wilson denied the claim stating that the installer didn't run into a wire when we knew he did. Our AC starting blowing hot air right after the the installer came out of the attic. Moral of the story...if you choose Ezee Fiber, don't let the installer go in your attic.

A female male employee was assigned to assist me purchase new Internet service. As I am a senior citizen with no technological knowledge, poor hearing, and nearly legally blind, I had questioned her repeatedly on every feature, price, term, and requirements on new service to purchase the suitable product for my situation, but she was unimaginably unprofessional, disrespectful, impatient, rude, and abusive. She ridiculed, embarrassed, made me feel stupid, ignorant, insecure, and worthless. When I asked for other staff to assist me, she shouted at me to sit down and take the equipment which I was trying to purchase. When I told her that I made an appointment at 1pm, she yelled at me "Do you want to finish (the purchase) or not?!" As I was very intimidated by her behavior, I responded "Yes" and asked her what I need to do. She ordered me to just sign the purchase agreement. The girl was nice, but when I asked for my id she said she didn't have it and then I asked the manager if there is a way to look at cameras. I was not rude or short yet I was told go get an atty and a subpoena. It's faster and cheaper to wait in line half the day and pay $11 than to deal with Verizon anymore.
