I was looking for a contractor for my master and guest bathroom remodel project. This is the first major remodel project I've ever done so it was important for me to find not only a good contractor that would do the job right, but also one that I could work and collaborate with easily. AMAZING, QUICK AND EFFICIENT! I reached out just yesterday for a quote on having my door fixed. The door was misaligned and would lock us out if it was completely shut. This is my first bathroom remodel, and it is lucky to have VS Renovation work on it. Kevin's team, with Alex and Dmitry, were very professional. The original work only included replacing pedestal sink faucets, shower trim kits, toilets, shower doors, wall and floor tiles, bathtub and shower floor in two bathrooms. But after demolishing the existing tiles, they discovered many existing problems, and more work needed to be done, e.g, redo the waterproofing and insulation, fix the plumbing, level the floor, and replace drywall, valves, subfloor, baseboards and door frames. We chose Kevin to do our small guest bathroom renovation because he is a good person to collaborate with even though his estimate was not the lowest we had. It involved changing the entire shower enclosure, retiling, replumbing and some electrical work for the fan and mirror. We were able to make certain decisions with his help and expertise. He pointed out hitherto unconsidered potentials and helped us choose materials. The work space is separate from the main house which made our renovation bearable throughout the process; it took just over a month due to inspections. The laundry area was involved but his work crew were careful to protect the appliances. The completed work is what we had envisioned, with good, solid craftsmanship and beautiful aesthetics. Some small glitches after the completion had to be remedied -a small leak fixed, an extra shelf added. The entire project went slightly over estimate. Some handyman work in another bathroom were a little more expensive than anticipated. His main worker Mikhail is highly skilled and I would hear praise about him from my husband every day.
