This does differ between every location because I usually go to the one in Menifee & theirs is 9 minutes.... So yeah. I walked in at 11:50-51, I'll throw myself under the bus because I parked at 11:50 & by the time I walked in, spoke to the front desk rep giving her my name & appt time, it probably was 11:51. Idk silly to me that they can't accommodate that considering other locations give 9 minutes. I think the annoying part about all of this is I've waited well over 10 minutes at this location before to get services but 1 minute past their grace period is where they draw the line.

When walking in the plaza one time I saw a sign on the ceiling that said Cosmo nail salon so on the day I actually wanted to go in and get my nails done I called Cosmo Nail Salon to ask the prices. The lady on the phone told me she will not tell me the prices on the phone and I have to look it up myself online so I went and looked at Cosmo prices which is the name that's on the board outside of the salon and the phone number I called and saw the prices and decided to go there. Then when I went in she told me that the sign outside of the establishment is not the name of the establishment and they have different prices. (mind you there is no other establishment next-door to them that does nails) I went in expecting the charge to be $52 and they ended up charging me $72. That was the first bad thing, they refused to tell me what the prices are. They have the wrong sign outside the door and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the mistake. 2. People doing my nails, barely spoke any English so when I told them that I want the shape of my nail to match the shape of my nail bed, they didn't understand, and the shapes were slanted and stupid looking. I ended up asking them for the Nail file after they finished and reshaped my nails myself while they waited. 3. There was supposed to be a two minute massage on the pedicure, but the person literally just rubbed lotion on the top of my foot and my ankle ankles and never rubbed the bottom of my feet. 4. When it came to taking care of the cuticles, the lady never soaked my right hand, but she soaked my left hand and cold water.
