    I'll be back. Definitely bring cash for a tip, I've gotten used to writing a tip in on a receipt and was caught off guard today. It wasn't too loud and I loved that the tech didn't try to chat me up. I was able to relax and listen to my audio book. I got the regular spa pedicure and mani which is $36. I did see a sign for a collagen gel manicure, I'll probably try that next time I come. I do feel bad that I wasn't able to leave an adequate tip. I really hate carrying cash.

    Great pedicure! Full set not so much! Nail tech placed & cut crooked and after I mentioned it the 2nd time she quit! Had to soak off and the primary purpose for the visit was not fulfilled!

    Thank goodness we have time to go to a REAL salon to fix what looks like the work of a FOUR YEAR OLD!!!

I went to the young lady in the back (left hand side once you walk in). After settling on a size 11mm so I could have a natural look, she began to work on my lashes and that's when I should've ran out of there! Anyway, after about 1 hour, she had called over the other young lady from the back sear on the right hand side who painfully attempted to install lashes in my corners. Overall, it took about 2 hours and I left unhappy. I returned a few hours later foe a fix and had been told the two ladies in the back are in training and not fully qualified. I had the lady who is the manager fix my corners but still left u happy. 5 days later, I had to have the lashes removed professionally. There were glops (huge drops) of glue in my lashes and it irritated my Lids and eyes so much. It usually takes my normal lash lady 20 mins to remove lashes but took almost an hour to remove mine due to the glue stuck in my lashes. It was a mistake supporting this business. I hope they read this and get qualified before proceeding more.

Before contacting them, I confirmed that they were in my mother's insurance network. However, when I called multiple times, I was unable to reach anyone. When my mother called, she was told that she was not in network, which conflicted with the information I had already verified. She even went in person to try to schedule an appointment and was told someone would call her back--but no one ever did. This back-and-forth continued for at least four months, and we were never able to successfully book a simple appointment. I don't appreciate the overall experience, especially when it comes to something as basic as scheduling. This may not reflect everyone's experience, but this was ours, and it was frustrating and disappointing and we will be booking an appointment elsewhere.

I also had some other concerns I needed their services. The Doctor would "NOT' return my calls. in 4 months, I made a total of 17 calls for the doctor. I felt sorry for the staff having to lie for the Doctor. After the 4 months, I quit calling. I wanted to see IF they would call me back. I fount a very qualified doctor that is very professional. What a waste of time.

For more details of my visit, read on. The office itself is very spacious and clean. The hours are very client-friendly. I think they open at 6 Mon- Thurs. So cut them some slack from still being sleepy or tired. My appointment was at 7:20. After a few minutes of wait, I was brought to the exam room where a girl ( She did not introduce herself so I don't know who she is. Actually, none of the ladies I spoke to introduced themselves to me or say anything like "Hello, how are you". Though I did get a thank you and a hint of a smile after paying the $50 copay.) Dr. Mark seemed very professional but he looked really rushed and breathless when I met him. He shook my hand, ask a couple of questions, took a swab, then gave me a diagnosis of what he thinks it is. He then gave me a prescription and also said they will check the sample to verify. He then walks off the room. I think the whole exchange took at the most ( and I am being generous), 1 minute. He did not ask if I have any questions or other concerns. If you are the shy type, forget it. By the time you can bring yourself to ask, he would already be gone. The girl gave me the prescriptions and I did ask her how I can have a prescription when they've yet to test the sample swab. To which she responds that they think it is eczema. Note that in no time was she ever near me to examine my skin rash.

I booked an 11 AM massage and a 12 PM microderm facial. The moment I laid down for my massage, I noticed the headrest was dirty--it looked like someone with a full face of makeup had been there before me. I told the masseuse, and she replaced it, but the fact that it was dirty in the first place was unacceptable, especially since my bare face was supposed to go there. On top of that, my massage ended 10 minutes early. I figured that since it ended early, my facial would start on time at 12 PM--wrong. I waited until 12:15 before finally losing patience. I got dressed, went to ask what was going on, and only then did they tell me: 1. The esthetician was still with her last client, cutting into my time. 2. The microderm machine was broken, and I could only get a regular facial or a chemical peel. So why did no one tell me this at check-in? Why didn't they tell me after my massage instead of letting me sit there for 30 minutes with no communication? I asked what they were going to do to make up for the inconvenience, and Rochelle (assistant manager & esthetician) told me she could remove the facial from my bill. Well... duh? You had to remove it anyway because I never got the service. When I pointed that out, she then offered an upgrade on my next visit. Ma'am, there will be no next visit. What can you do for me today? At that point, I was over it. On top of everything else, she kept blaming everyone else--even pulled me aside to blame the receptionist, when they had already admitted they only found out about the machine issue minutes before. Fine. Whatever. Let me just pay and leave, right? Wrong. Now the tap-to-pay machine was down, and that was my only form of payment. I told them people should be warned about things like this beforehand. Rochelle said the receptionist was supposed to put a card on file when I booked, but she didn't--so how exactly was I supposed to pay? Rochelle told me I could call in my card info later when I got access to it, which was fine with me. Even though I hated my experience, I assured them I'd still call and pay. But not even 20 minutes after I left, they started blowing up my phone for payment. Essentially harassing me. Y'all didn't even give me time to leave Eastchase, let alone get home. In less than an hour, I got multiple calls. And then, the part that really got me... They threatened to call the police on me. Yes, the police. All this, not even an hour after I left. So not only did they ruin my experience, but they went out of their way to ruin the rest of my day too. I'm still wondering was was expected of me. Was I suppose to neglect everything else I had to do? Was I supposed to teleport home? Completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog

I'd recommend arriving if you're new there about 5-8 minutes before to ensure you can fill out the quick paperwork. Don't be fooled by the older reviews before Brandy took over. From what I understand she has given this location a breathe of fresh air the last year. Went with the Deep tissue massage for 1 hour. Yvette found knots I didn't even know were there with 10 years of experience & a people first energy.
