Def Do Not understand the assignment at this place! I went in for an eyelash removal and extension. I needed the removal of a few sparse lashes remaining from my 3 weeks old previous install. I went to the young lady in the back (left hand side once you walk in). After settling on a size 11mm so I could have a natural look, she began to work on my lashes and that's when I should've ran out of there! Anyway, after about 1 hour, she had called over the other young lady from the back sear on the right hand side who painfully attempted to install lashes in my corners. Overall, it took about 2 hours and I left unhappy. I returned a few hours later foe a fix and had been told the two ladies in the back are in training and not fully qualified. I had the lady who is the manager fix my corners but still left u happy. 5 days later, I had to have the lashes removed professionally. There were glops (huge drops) of glue in my lashes and it irritated my Lids and eyes so much. It usually takes my normal lash lady 20 mins to remove lashes but took almost an hour to remove mine due to the glue stuck in my lashes. It was a mistake supporting this business. I hope they read this and get qualified before proceeding more. read more

Oh my goodness! Im in total shock. I went to wash my hair. She didn't comb my hair before she washed it and she scrubbed my skin off, then she started ripping out my hair. Then when we got in the chair she started ripping out my hair even more and I had to ask her to stop. She was more focused on watching a tv show than working on me. I asked her if I can sit under the dryer instead she said no she doesn't offer the dryer. After most of my hair was in her comb she then asked me for a tip! Before I even paid she tried to secure the next customer by wetting her hair first then she came back to me. I paid and left very disappointed. And kind of feeling sad for the experience that the next customer was about to face! If you are a black person with fine hair, this is not the place for you. It's the next day and my head is still sore and I have wounds. read more

Eyebrows uneven told lady three times they were uneven just to be told my face is made like that....wth!!! No ma'am I started with wax as I requested she threaded by the third time. Don't go you will end up looking like half a person on one side of your face and another person on the other. I don't advise this place. read more

HORRIBLE!!! The lack of understanding from the staff is unexplainable; I asked for natural looking lash extensions, they said they could do that. Instead it looks like someone used tar to glue on brooms to my eye lids!!! These are sold as clusters, but they way they put them on it winds up looking like terrible strip lashes. You touch one part of my lashes and they all move; that's not what individual lashes are supposed to do!!! NEVER go here!!! read more

If you could rate an establishment 0 stars, I would. Completely unprofessional. The staff is unprofessional. They also do not honor their hours. Their listing for their hours show Sunday: 12-6 Monday-Saturday 9-8 I showed up at 6:35 PM TODAY (a Tuesday) and was denied service because the staff wanted to leave at 8 (without an excuse) and did not take into consideration that they are not SUPPOSED to close until 8 or the fact that I drove 40 minutes to the shop. I always have a positive experience here. I get my brows waxed and threaded and I've never been dissatisfied.

They are going downhill. I have been going since 2015. My lashes keep looking different from the other. I think one girl gave me a ringworm on my forehead from leaning her hand against it. Not to mention I go in one day on a Tuesday as the only customer and was charged $25 for my brows. I usually pay that for my lashes so I didn't realize it until I was driving up the street. I also gave a $5 tip so I paid $30 in all for her to still try to play me by giving me $10 back. I don't know how to do my own lashes or brows but I'm gonna learn this year. I kept hearing the girl grunt that usually does my lashes, it's almost like she hates her job yet she acts very nice. Oh but I can read energy like a book. read more

BEWARE. Just left this establishment and was charged unfairly for the services received. I got an eyebrow thread and chin thread. The signage posted of their prices read Eyebrow $10 and Chin $7. When I got to the register, the lady said my total was $20. When I asked how she came to the total, she said Chin is "$7 and up" and she charged extra based on her opinion of the hair. NOWHERE in the signage does it mention "$7 and up" as shown in photo. (To add, my chin hair was thin and unnoticeable to the naked eye.) When she was questioned about the pricing, she was very rude and condescending in her tone. I'm writing this to WARN others of their unfair and false pricing. I will not be returning. read more

Went here last week to get my brows done. I wish I had taken pics of the condition of the inside of the building. It was absolutely filthy. In addition to the building being nasty, the service was terrible. And my eyebrows were not tinted or waxed properly. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I wish I had just gone to the salon I normally go to. read more

I was in the area for 5 weeks, while my husband was at training at Maxwell AFB, so I thought I would give it a try. I use to do threading for my hair removal while living in Austin, TX and fell in love with it. The service was great and she did exactly what I wanted! The cost is outstanding! Love coming here. They are the only ones I trust my eyebrows with. $10 for waxing and threading and $8 with a student ID. Also for eye lash Extentions from them for $25 and they are still fresh and new looking 3weeks later. They will forever have my business. read more

First, let me start by saying, I had to ask the lash tech to wash her hands before starting on me. Seriously! She had just got done doing someone's brow wax where she was actually blowing on the wax with her germ-filled mouth before applying the wax to the woman's face. I knew then, this may not go how I planned. Normally, I would've left after seeing that but I was in desperate need of a lash fill-in. So she proceeds to me after finishing, and I asked her to wash her hands because she was about to start on me without attempting to cleanse them. Ugh! She goes and run the water for all of 2 seconds and come back out without even attempting to dry her hands, of course she probably didn't use soap, the water didn't run long enough. Ugh again! I still ended up letting her do them. Smh. My lashes were cute from a distance (the reason I rated 2 stars), but up close they were a mess. The glue was visible and my "mink" lashes felt extremely hard, not to mention as I was driving home, they were all falling out on my face and shirt! Never again!! Proceed at own risk people, in this case you don't even get what you pay for, and their prices were actually great! Less than 24hrs later and I have absolutely NO lashes on! I came in yesterday and I have to say I was highly impressed. I usually go to eastdale mall to get my eyebrows threaded but I decided to come to Zs because it was closer to my house. The ladies there were friendly and I think my eyebrows look better than they did before! I definitely will be returning. read more
