I contacted them via text on July 21, and the older Indian lady asked me to return so the issue could be corrected. Instead of reapplying the extensions, only the lifted areas were repaired. Before leaving, I specifically asked whether simply repairing them would solve the problem, and I was assured that they would not lift again due to placing them with better glue. Unfortunately, the extensions began lifting again the very next morning, July 22. I immediately contacted them via text to let them know the issue had returned. Although my message was read, I never received a response or any further attempt to resolve the matter. Do not waste your money!!!!
