I was happy with the results and the regular polish seems to be lasting so far without any chips. The lady that did my manicure and eyebrows also did a great job, but she was very fast. She cut all the length of my nails off, which could be my fault or a language barrier as I wanted "short but still pretty" nails being mom to a baby and ended up with no nails. Then when it was time to pay (I was already thinking she shouldn't charge me after a bad experience), I knew it was $25 so I gave her two $20s and asked for change back. She looked in her drawer and said she didn't have change. Then she went to the back to look for change. I kept waiting and waiting for several minutes. She finally came back, and instead of telling me she would just knock off $5 and just take one of my $20s, she said "I will make it easy for you--you can write me a check." I told her I didn't have any checks. She told me she had $13 in change but not $15. Exhausted, I finally told her she could have $2 as a tip (not deserved in this case) and to go ahead and give me the $13. She asked me if I was mad at her. I told her I was not. Then she said "come back. Next time I will give you something free." Really? Next time? You couldn't give me a discount for giving me a terrible pedicure this time?? A year later, I figured they were under new management and went back and HO.LY.Sh. There is literally something wrong with the men who work here. They're so incredibly rude I honestly was shocked at how I was treated. I came in and chose a color for a full set out of their book. I needed a dark color because of uniform rules for work. The guy put the first coat on and I commented that I didn't think the color was the same because it was BRIGHT purple. He looked irritated with me. I tried explaining to him over and over I couldn't have bright purple nails and that I needed him to change the color and he started arguing with me and stormed off multiple times. He kept saying IT IS THE COLOR!! I tried explaining to him that I just wanted something similar to what was shown and he refused. I wasn't rude in any capacity and this guy was acting completely insane. I ended up leaving and getting it fixed at another salon because he refused to listen to me. I will never go back there again and if I could I would slap the sh!t out of that damn nail tech.
