I'm visiting from out of town and decided to stop in for a pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience was mixed. The gentleman at the front desk was rude when I arrived, though the rest of the staff were much friendlier and helped improve the overall interaction. The woman who performed my pedicure was kind, attentive, and thorough, and I appreciated her service. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the salon. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the establishment when I walked in, and it remained during the entire visit. The towels used for the leg wraps appeared visibly stained, and the tools looked as though they may have been used on multiple clients before being properly cleaned. It left me feeling uncomfortable and like I needed to shower afterward. I received the deluxe pedicure, which was listed in the menu at $45. I also left a cash tip, expecting to be charged $45 plus tax, but instead I was charged $60. Between the sanitation concerns and unexpected pricing, I won't be returning. read more

My index fingers. The right one was broke and he put a new tip on. He just cut the nail without checking the length of my nail. No I didn't t say anything before I left because it was packed and they were busy. So I called back to speak with the owner/manager and he kept asking what was the problem. And when I stared saying what the issue was he started talking in his language to someone in the shop. They shouldn't rush when several customer walk in. Horrible. read more

Sloppy work and overpriced. Was charged 40 dollars for a fill in. I assume the technician added his tip in because I went two weeks ago it was 30 dollars for a fill in. I was tempted to go back or dispute with credit card company but I will let you have that one. Just lost a customer. Nails different shapes and didn't remove all of previous nail polish. read more

Went for a French tip Manicure and wasn't happy. I don't like gel polish because it tears my natural nails, so I opted for regular polish and was warned it won't last, which I expected. However, polish chipped within minutes of leaving and looked terrible by the next day. My cuticles were bleeding a little on several fingers but I didn't really notice all the spots she cut until they scabbed within a couple days. I also got my eyebrows waxed, which she did a great job with. I'm not much of a talker so I can't say much about the experience. read more

I got a dip nail set dine on Wednesday night, and today is Friday evening.... the clear polishing multiple nails is chipping off and my nails look terrible. Not only this, but during my manicure a drug addict was sitting next to me making a scene as she got her nails done. This is not somewhere I would recommend to anyone. Save yourself the trip and money to have to go elsewhere to get them fixed and just go to a place with good reviews. read more

I came for my fifteenth birthday to get my first ever pedicure. They took me right on in and did everything they could to make me comfortable. The woman who did my pedicure gave me her full undivided attention. She would ask if it hurt, see if the hot towels were too hot or if I was sure on what color I want. Very disappointed! Came into town for the weekend with my granddaughter who is 8. We went in for Nani's and also a wax for myself. When we arrived it was not very busy, only a few minute wait. My granddaughter picked out her and wanted a design with the Alabama A. They confirmed they could do the design. The next came and got me and began my manicure with gel nails. Within 5 to 6 minutes they were finished with my granddaughters nails. Neither of us got a manicure only painting. They got busy while we were there and did not do my wax and seemed rushed. When inspecting my granddaughter's nails the Alabama AIS we're not even close. I will say the price for the service was more than fair which is why I gave two stars. Just know if you're in a hurry it's a great place to go and get a quick job but don't expect much.Within two hours my granddaughter's nails had already started peeling. Just beware of the quality of service you are receiving. read more

I've been looking for a place to get my nails done in Prattville, so I came here because I hadn't tried it yet. I won't be back. I went early on a Saturday, so there was not a wait. They were burning some kind of incense that ended up giving me a headache. For some reason, the guy doing my pedicure used a drill on my toes, and I don't know why, because I haven't even had polish on my toes for a couple of months (I don't paint them in the winter). He cut some of my toes in the process. I also wanted to get a manicure, but because I didn't want polish, he awkwardly gave me a manicure while I was in the pedicure chair. He was pulling my left arm over to the right side of the chair where he was standing. I wouldn't call this a relaxing experience. He also acted like my nails were filed fine, but they were all uneven. I came home and fixed them myself. read more

The staff was friendly but very limited in their ability to produce quality nail art. About 1 week after I had my acrylics done the clear coat put on the top began to chip very badly revealing a severe discoloration of the clear coat which caused the color underneath to appear lighter than the chipped clear coat . Horrible quality of polish and for sure not worth the $30 I spent . read more

Came to this place twice after getting referred by a friend of mine. She only goes to one person, the guy sitting in the very front who may be the owner. I didn't make an appointment so I expected to wait. I was getting a fill and ended up waiting 2.5 hours. I got here at 6:30 and didn't get my nails started until 9:15pm. Mind you, they closed at 8pm. I should have just left and not waited but after an hour of waiting as they promised I figured why leave and just wait it out. They didn't a great job in my nails when they finally got to me. I came back to get a pedicure since we couldn't get to it that night I waited so I booked an appointment. On this day I got there to see they were in shambles. I didn't recognize anyone from the last time I came which should have been a sign. I over heard the lady saying they were under staffed today and saw kids doing nails. I soon found out the guy doing my pedicure had never done one before and failed to cut my cuticles and scrub my feet. I knew he was trying his best but it was a waste of money. I expected to relax and get a good job done but it seems I messed up coming back. It seemed they had other family members helping out on this day. Skeptical that these other folks didn't have licenses... sorry won't be coming back here again. read more

Yeah this is exactly what I expected a 1 1/2 star nail place would be like. Their idea of a manicure is a joke. Nothing relaxing about it. I can't imagine what the quality of their acrylic nails would be like. I will not be returning. Visit this place at your own risk. read more
