LMFAO. Where do I even begin?! After promising myself I would never go back to this place after one of the managers literally started arguing with me about over the price (I asked why the price was different every time I came when I always got the same thing) I vowed to never return. A year later, I figured they were under new management and went back and HO.LY.Sh. There is literally something wrong with the men who work here. They're so incredibly rude I honestly was shocked at how I was treated. I came in and chose a color for a full set out of their book. I needed a dark color because of uniform rules for work. The guy put the first coat on and I commented that I didn't think the color was the same because it was BRIGHT purple. He looked irritated with me. I tried explaining to him over and over I couldn't have bright purple nails and that I needed him to change the color and he started arguing with me and stormed off multiple times. He kept saying IT IS THE COLOR!! I tried explaining to him that I just wanted something similar to what was shown and he refused. I wasn't rude in any capacity and this guy was acting completely insane. I ended up leaving and getting it fixed at another salon because he refused to listen to me. They did a horrible job on my nails, yesterday! They're botched, lumpy, and uneven!! Cost me $135.00 and they didn't even do a good job! I had an amateur doing them and asking a coworker what to do , not matching the color right. And when he asked me if I wanted them shorter and I said yes, he got an attitude!They look nothing like the reference I showed them. DO NOT go there!! I have a health problem where my nails are super thin and I've been using nail salons for the past three or four years. Just moved to Prattville and tried boutique nails. From the minute I got there they let me know that I was not welcome and they would not work with me and actually set my hands to soak in acetone for 35 minutes. I mentioned to the lady that this was not good for my skin or my fingers because my nails were so thin and it was burning. She just decided to go help somebody else and leave me sitting there. When I said something to them, the lady and manager basically told me to leave. I wasn't aggressive I wasn't rude, but they were both. well after receiving my pedicure I was told that the cost of my service was $75, which was rather high. The next day I pulled up my bank statement and noticed I had a charge of 96.75. I know my payment on the debit card machine showed only $76.88 for my service. me being an former banker always watching what people put in is second nature. I would never pay almost or even tip, because that's something I cannot afford right now. I would not recommend anyone to go to this nail salon. They're sneaky and trustworthy . I'm totally pissed off right now with them trying to overcharge me for a payment I did not agree to . I put my PIN number in for a total due of $76.88 which is also listed on their service menu for pedicures. How did they go behind my back and redo the charge without my pin? I'm sending this to the BBB. You don't go back behind your customers back and up charge them for a different amount just because of inflation. I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on. I went in for a pedicure and they were busy but sat me down in a chair and started my water for my pedicure. I sat there with me feet in the water for an hour before someone started. If they didn't have time to start it then they should of let me wait in the waiting area so I would of had the option to leave if I wanted. read more

I went in to get a quick nail polish. Since they were busy at the moment, I sat down at the front to wait to be seated. Moments later, another lady walked in that didn't have an appointment was seated and attended too before me. She was walked to her seat while I'm still sitting down. 3 minutes later, I was told where to sit. Let's just say, service is not the same for every customer. Just moved here & had such a difficult time trying to find a salon I felt comfortable visiting. I always look at reviews & could not find one that was mostly positive. My coworker recommended this place so I thought I'd give it a try. Made an appt & arrived early expecting to wait. They sat me within 5 minutes & even though I waited a little after my appt time, I was already having my feet soaking in the warm water. They noticed the water was too hot at first & changed it promptly. Once someone got to me, they apologized for the wait. He was incredibly thorough & I was beyond impressed compared to most all the other salons I've been to back where I'm from. My nails look flawless. I got a French tip manicure & he even took the time to redo a tip he wasn't happy with. Even though I should have spoken up & requested a more round tip, he did one of the best French tips I've received- they're all a clean cut & all fairly the same thickness. This salon is clean & has such a nice atmosphere. All the workers were hard working & every person who walked into the door was acknowledged whereas some salons you're sometimes ignored or have to wait a while. Overall, highly recommend this place if you're looking for a salon! read more

Went in today to have my dip polish & three tips removed. He clipped all my nails at different lengths (after I told him I wanted them fairly long) then started to pry the tips off with a fake nail, missing my nail a few times and poking my skin. Ouch! I asked to have them soaked off. He drilled my nails for way too long with the extra rough dremel, making them paper thin and irritating the skin under my nail. When he was checking the length of the nails after filing he asked if it was fine, like I wouldn't notice one of my thumb nails was significantly shorter than the other?? I ended up leaving after all the dip polish was removed. Not even an hour later and two of my nails have broken. I will neverrrrrr go back! read more
