I'm a very nice person and did not give anything to receive this treatment in return. I will not be returning to this establishment due to his rudeness. if you decide to go just be aware of this man that you may be receiving to do your pedicure.

Although they didn't have the product/service I requested (colored acrylic), they made every effort to provide the same look with a different application (dip with a tip). My nail tech (Linda) was so kind and responsive, and paid attention to every detail to ensure my hands and feet were amazing. She even asked if I wanted a manicure after the soak off and before the dip full set. Amazing.

I've come here just once, but I am so happy; I've found my new nail shop :) I would recommend calling to make an appointment bc it's always better to let them know ahead of time (sometimes they close early and to minimalize any potential wait). The inside of the shop is minimalistic but cute decor, and the shop itself is clean (100 health department rating)! It's definitely not the best skill and technique I've experienced, but I left the shop so happy and feeling like I got my nails done affordably, had awesome conversations, and was in and out quickly! When they asked us again about polish, they looked at each other and laughed and said things in their language. The service was extremely rushed and the experience was not good at all. Money is money and not getting get should not be the reason our service is bad. Also, they polished my sisters toes so thick that even at night, hours after the polish was clumpy.

Because he was mad at this point, for whatever reason, he takes my daughter's friends hand and starts ripping the acrylic nails off of her fingers. He managed to rip two off and shoved her hand into a bowl of acetone. she was telling him it was burning and he told her, "oh well." Y'all she was bleeding and he had her hand in acetone! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! These kids are minors, females, and were talking about boys. This old foolish MAN thought it was a good idea to treat minor females in this way! Our services were not rushed. 1st off the restroom is clean and offers individual towels to dry your hands. We both got the Gloria Nails Natural special + paraffin + acupressure. This service comes with complimentary white or red wine. LT helped out to get off the old acrylic off my nails. Emily completed my nails and did my pedicure with shellac color. Tom worked on the manicure and pedicure for my sister n-law. The service, interaction, etc is amazing. I live in San Jose and have regular service but this was last minute. This place is so beautiful and upscale. Prices are great as they have something for every budget. The acupressure felt so good. If and when I'm in the area I'll be back to get my mani/pedi. I decided against my better judgment to come get my nails done…read morehere on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 because it was closer to an after school activity for my kid. I asked for a dip manicure. The last dip set I had done was in Atlanta. It was on for about a month with no problems other than my nails growing. They insist that the Atlanta shop did a bad job because they struggled to remove the old polish. The male owner soaked my hand in a bowl of old acetone and proceeded to file off the old polish before turning it over to the female worker. The dip set she put on was super thin and was just ok but I figured it would do until I had time to go to my regular nail tech. After two days the polish on my right thumb cracked and then a day later a piece of the polish chipped off. Then I noticed a crack in the middle finger on the other hand. Then the other middle finger. In all less than 4 days I have 4 chipped cracked nails. Upon returning to the shop I was met with an unpleasant tone, accusatory remarks, and a told it was my fault 4 nails chipped and cracked. I've literally had regular polish last longer than this $60 dip set. Then I was told it would be a 30 minute wait when literally no one was in the shop but one other customer. I chose to not wait in such a hostile environment and let my actions to never return do the talking for me. If their need to do horrible work and rip customers off then the business won't last very long anyway. Which is evident by their empty parking lot.
