I gave this salon a shot off a whim I was told that they had a great special going on so who am I to turn down a good deal. Sometimes u just have to stick with your gut! Now I've been to nail salon that are packed that's a good guarantee that they provide great service and are highly liked but I walk in and there's only one other person in shop. I should've turned around and walked away then! But I'm the type of person to give someone a shot. I have never in my history of getting my nails done stopped a pedicure at any point but today I had to! The pedicure started and there was no long soak of the feet the water was like warm and I don't mind hot water at all but I was like it fine. The nail specialist immediately gets the drill out keep in mind my nature nails were clean and bare then used the drill to the point my nails are burning because she's drilling too much then she gets out the cuticle cutters and cuts extremely too much of my skin off to the point I'm snatching my toes back letting her know hey that hurts she ignores me and keeps goin now she asked if I wanted a drink I asked for a simple can or sprite never received it after drilling my nails as cutting almost all of my cuticle off she applies acrylic on one of my big toe immediately after and I wanted to jump out of my chair as soon as the bead touched my skin it burned I asked her is it supposed to burn it's burning and uncomfortable at this point my cuticles are bleeding and I'm telling her hey it's burning I keep repeating it she keeps moving forward to butcher my cuticles on the other foot once again causing me to bleed I'm sorry but I had to tell her please take it off and she proceeded to say I was being sensitive and she doesn't know what happened like she didn't see blood she put some green solution on it that burned worse than the alcohol and remover combined and told me to stick my foot back in the water I could write a book about my experience but just know even thorough all that I still tipped her because I don't like the idea of not tipping because this economy is hard I will not be a returning customer
I love coming here to get my nails done! I'm not from the area so it took awhile for me to find a good nail salon (seems hard to find these days), but I am picky about my nails. I can't say enough good things about Eileen, she allows me to take my time in picking out a color, gives suggestions, and takes her time as she cares about the work she does! Not to mention, she does a fantastic job! This was definitely my favorite set, I think I found my signature color I move in less than a year, I'll be sad to leave Fancy Nails.
Had a fill today at Fancy Nails. I walked in without an appointment and waited about 15 minutes. The wait was definitely worth it. My nails were in bad shape when I got there, and by the time I left, they looked great. The woman who took care of me was very thorough and took great care with every step of the process. The salon was clean and neat, and everyone was friendly. Although I don't live in the area, if I were to return, I would definitely come back to Fancy Nails.

I have never in my life experienced anything like this! I walked in with my toenails looking better than when I walked out. Apparently the owner did my pedicure and kept walking away so that his 4 year old son could touch my wet toenails and make me get up so he could use my seat to build his airplane. When i asked where the gentleman was who was doing my nails, I was informed that he had left for the day and I was finished! Never in my life will I ever go back or refer t his place to anyone! read more

I love coming here to get my nails done! I'm not from the area so it took awhile for me to find a good nail salon (seems hard to find these days), but I am picky about my nails. Khoi was so fast and detail oriented! I came in on my lunch break and was out in under 45 minutes! With a great set! I'll definitely be back. read more

I saw the listing for them, and decided to give them a try. So glad I did, best French manicure and pedicure. Two different ladies helped me. It was a very relaxing. Great job ladies. read more
