I got a pedicure and manicure and paid 120ish incl tip. The French manicure on my toes were lop sided, had air bubbles and the man barely scrubbed my feet. My nails were terrible with left over glitter from a previous appt, lots of visible bubbles on my gel nails, wide nails and overall a sloppy job. I won't go back! read more

My husband and I went in on a Sunday afternoon for pedicures. We had excellent service from John and Sarah! Upon arrival we were promptly seated into spa chairs and given water to drink. The spa was very clean and utensils were in a clean packet. They both took their time with the pedicures. Honestly it was the best pedicure that I have received. My husband & I stayed overnight in Prattville & I wanted to get a Pedicure, Manicure, & my brows waxed. I got here when they opened & I was in & out less than 1.5 hours & everything has been the best quality. They owner has made sure we are comfortable & offers beverages as you are pampering yourself. UPDATE 08/21/22: After leaving the salon I realized a few things: 1) This place is much more expensive than other nail services in the area. I paid $35 for a fill, but a hidden $5 to trim, $5 to shape, (and I was told that full set is $45, but $5 extra for take off, $5 to trim and $5 for shape, so in reality that's $60!) and my basic pedicure went from $35 (which included regular polish and disposable flip flops that I didn't use) to $50 bc of $15 extra for gel!!!! That is a steep upcharge! 2) My boyfriend noticed air bubbles in my gel polish so I went back the same day to get that fixed - originally I had two top coat layers applied. When she redid the ones with bubbles, she only applied one top coat. 3) Today (next day) those redone nails are scuffed and dull AND the tips of most of my nails have lost the gel all together. I'm really disappointed considering it was $94.50 before giving them a generous tip and being asked to leave a review online. ///////////08/20/22/////////// Such an awesome salon! Tried this salon out because I'm in search of a good salon that is close to me. Seen great reviews and wanted to try it out. I walked in and was immediately greeted and I told them I wanted ombre dip powder. So the vibe seemed great. A man moved one lady to another technician and seated me where the other lady had just sat. The lady technician that did my nails was friendly I give her that. She asked if I wanted pink then white which I thought was a little weird. I told her no and I proceeded to tell her what colors I wanted and which way I wanted them to go. She immediately told me it wouldn't look good that way and to switch the colors around. Ok I'm pretty easy going let's swap them. She started on my nails and I guess she was talking to the others about what I had wanted because a guy came and looked at the colors and said something and then she was all ok you wanted the colors like this. I told her yes. She asked me if I wanted a manicure. Which I told her no to. She continued working on my nails and asked about the manicure again. Sure why not it's been a little bit since I had one. She finished up my nails and she was super proud of how they turned out. They looked good but I could tell that they were not going to last long because she only put one layer of dip powder and I could feel my nails bending with any little pressure and let's not forget that I asked her trim my nails and they were left with sharp edges. So I paid the $75 for it and left. Now it's 2 weeks later and one nail has broken and the top coat is coming off. I won't be back to this shop. Going here makes it almost worth driving the 30 minutes to the other place to get my nails done. The only reason it is not a 1 star is the fact that when I arrived I was greeted immediately and friendly. read more

I went in for a hand set and a Pedicure! They Insisted on a Nail powder, ok let's do it! I hate confrontation so i went for it!! Money wasn't an issue, but Quality is the Number 1 concern!! Powder, Powder, powder was their ONLY concern! OK, of its that Great let's do it!!! Well, don't do it! $160.00 later plus tip, ( because EVERYONE is charged an additional $2.50 fee, cash or charge, for what? Idk! 2 days later, minus 3 fingernails.. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. They sat and argued with me when I told them they weren't doing it the way I wanted it done, and had to explain to them the order In how something was supposed to be done. Got a French manicure and all they did was put a white fake nail on and literally paint my nails clear. You can see my real nails underneath, bubbles were all over my nails, and on top of that It took them 2 hours to do It and it cost me $75 dollars for the worst manicure I've ever had. read more

I wanted to try this new salon, since it was conveniently located. Walked in to have my dip polish removed, and go natural for a while. I was met and seated immediately with a technician. Everything was bright and shiny. The instruments were autoclaved, which is important to me. Ended up having a gel manicure, and scheduling a pedi. The multitude of polishes and dip powders are within easy view, and with the bright lighting, it's easy to pick exactly what you want. The technicians are knowledgeable, and patient when you are just not sure. Even giving suggestions, and painting a nail until you are happy with your choice.
