Brought 3 girls for manicures and acrylics for my daughter's 13th birthday. One of the girls decided she didn't want to do her nails but would just sit and talk with the other two. We were the only people there but they asked her to leave since she wasn't getting a service. One of my cuticles got cut and the lady doing my daughter' made a mess with the black paint and didn't fix it. Won't be back and don't recommend. read more

I loved my first time here; however tonight sadly, the owner embarrassed himself so terribly in an immature and unprofessional manner. He was sniffling and coughing and had to run into the bank room to get some water because he was coughing so much. I could see him from my seat as he coughed into his hand, drank water, then came back to work on my hands. I asked him to please wash his hands and was very polite to ensure I did not offend him, but he said he just drank water, he didn't need to wash his hands. I know language barriers are rough so I apologized and asked if maybe he could use hand sanitizer. He became irate. Anne, who was very nice, translated and tried to ask him to wash his hands. He told her he had, which was a lie and he and I knew it. When I pointed out that he still had the dust particles all over his hands from doing my nails before the cough attack, he yelled at him a little and he acted like a 10 year old who didn't want to wash his hands. Dude. In a pandemic, please? Just for your customer's "please" and polite request? It was so awkward. Anne so nicely offered to finish my nails as Lee pouted like a 10 yr old refusing to come help Anne. Needless to say I was still charged and asked to come back to give them more of my business. Nope. No apology for his immature behavior only a request for money. Sad. I give this place at most 3 more months under these times, with that attitude and lack of customer service. read more

This is the best lace I have found to get my nails done. Win was quick, did an awesome job and it didn't cost an arm or a leg. I have been to places that cost $60 for a full set and took over 2 hours to complete them only to be thick and misshapen. I like coming here! The staff are friendly and I always get a great pedicure. I occasionally get my nails done as well, and I'm usually satisfied. What a ripoff. I had evacuated hurricane Michael and ended up in Prattville. I just wanted to feel better and get a my nails done. Regular paint on toes. Gel paint on hands. No mani/pedi, acrylics or fancy designs just a plain color. I went to pay and he charged me $45. I looked around for prices and there weren't any visible signs. They charged $15 for the feet and a WHOPPING $30 to paint my fingernails. I really feel they just made these prices up on the spot. Make sure you ask prices in advance if you aren't a regular. I felt angry and used after I left their shop and the nails have already chipped on my $30 paint job. read more

I would not recommend patronizing this business. I called ahead to ask if it was okay if I arrived at 7:00, because I did not want to be rushed because of their 7:30 closing time. The person on the phone replied that it was okay, but my experience proved otherwise. I brought my boyfriend and was excited to surprise him with a pedicure. Since it was his first time, I asked if I could sit next to him, and was harshly told "no" with no explanation. I was taken aback, but went back to the front to sit down. I had to get a pedicure I didn't need just to sit next to him. The person who tended to him did little more than soak his feet and trim his nails. For $22, anyone should expect more. They also damaged one of his nails in the process. Before I received my pedicure, a black woman entered the shop and asked for a pedicure. They told her no. I asked for my pedicure once she left and they were quick to place me in a chair. As I was being serviced, another black woman entered the shop and asked if someone could help her. The man doing my pedicure told her they were closed. When she replied that she only needed one nail fixed, he ignored her. After a few minutes, an employee came out and gave the woman an explanation as to why they could not fix her nail at that time. Once my toes were painted, I was told to "have a nice holiday," as if I didn't need to sit under the dryer. They said they'd give me a "few minutes." They allowed me 6-7 minutes before telling me in so many words that I needed to leave. I informed them of their poor customer service, but thought it would also be helpful for anyone considering this place to know as well. read more

I get gel polish regularly on my finger nails and have never had it completely flake off after less than a week, but this time it did. I went in to have my thumbs redone after a couple days and the technician fixed them. She said they had not been under the light properly. Then I went in to have them fix my index, middle, and ring fingers after they peeled up too. She refused to redo the rest of my nails saying it was my fault. My pinkies remained in tact. Now after exactly nine days since the original gel polish, only the pinkies and thumbs have polish still in tact, and only the thumbs because they were redone. Usually the polish will last me four weeks. I was a regular customer but will not be any longer. If she had fixed it or been willing to work with me, I could have continued to patronize the business, but she not only refused to help me, she blamed me for gel nail polish coming off after only a week. read more

Went here to have them fix whatever it was that Nails 4 you did. Very friendly environment. They even offered me a beverage. They did a removal & full set in half the time. They did a great job & I finally have the ombré nails that I wanted. Very natural looking & not clumpy like the ones I got from the other place. Will definitely come back! read more
