Incredible little spot with laid back atmosphere and super friendly staff. Definitely suggest the poké bowl it's the best in town.

I really hate to give them such a low rating because the service was super sweet, and they are one of the few restaurants that offers a number of vegan options. However, I just cannot overlook how disappointed I was in the food and drink. While waiting for my order to be prepared, I decided to try a shrub. This particular one had sherry in it. I can't remember the name, maybe because it was not worth remembering. The fusion nachos, I substituted the meat for a vegan meat. I didn't realize that was an additional $4 until receiving the bill. The vegan meat was mushy, the beans were super dry, the cheese basically non-existent and nachos were overly salty. I ordered my food to-go so I had to make the best of it. I tried to use the guacamole to help cut the saltiness of the nachos. The vegan bulgogi taco had the same mushy vegan meat, was way too wet and also very salty. Overall, a very disappointing meal that would not make me return.

I have not been here in a long time so when I discovered this place hasn't closed down yet I thought I would give this establishment another chance. Unfortunately it is still a dim dark basement but the service was decent. The nachos have an odd texture and they were extremely sweet. The burrito was as if someone dumped sugar all over it. The burrito was a soggy diaper. There was not one thing edible and it baffles me how they can still be open. Something smells fishy. Do I recommend this establishment?.. I recommend you avoid.

Great service on a rainy night in December! I loved walking into this subterranean vibe. Mexican and Korean is one of my favorite fusions! It makes sense on many levels. Everything here was on the mild side. I missed some spice! Overall, the service was good. The food wasn't very salty. The drinks were tasty too

The food was incredible, I loved the service, and the whole vibe was very cozy and warm.

We were starving! After a long day we decided to try V's, we ordered the pork nachos, pozole (soup), and the sampler taco platter. The nachos were the best thing we ate, and the soup was so salty I returned it. Because we shared the taco sampler I can say my favorite was the Korean chicken, the pork was the same as what was on the nachos and had nice flavor but nothing noteworthy. My coworker stated the other tacos were ok but nothing to brag about. I did appreciate the 2 bite rule- if you take 2 bites you can return the item and exchange it because they do want you to be satisfied. Overall the meal was ok but probably not someplace I would visit again

Food is unique and delicious. Location is right in downtown Juneau and there's easy street parking. Amazing food. Def try the nachos. Also, bulgogi tacos....fantastic. Finally the watermelon basil shrub....great and refreshing.

So wonderful. I had tacos with three different meats and sauces. The waitress was wonderful and the vibes spot on on a wet day

Cruise ships are in abundance every day, so come early for breakfast and just stand in line for lunch. In fact, you stand in line anyway, reading the menus laying all about. My boyfriend ordered the loco moco and said it wasn't good at all. When he called to place the order, the girl who answered the phone didn't even seem to know how to put an order in, which made the process unnecessarily long and frustrating. What completely sealed the deal for me, though, was reading the owner's responses to negative reviews. Instead of addressing concerns professionally or taking accountability, the owner's replies come across as rude, defensive, and borderline hostile. Customers are talked down to, blamed, or dismissed for their experiences. As someone who reads reviews before returning to a restaurant, seeing an owner respond this way is extremely off-putting and makes it clear that customer feedback is not valued here. Between the poor food quality, disorganized service, and the owner's unprofessional behavior online, we will not be coming back.
