Sure enough no more than 10 mins he was there. (I have waited hours before for something even simpler , and always felt like it was an inconvenience) Louis though made sure the service he was called for not only came first but also he made sure my safety was above all else . As soon as he got there he looked and asked some questions . I have never been in an accident like this and without even asking he gave me his best knowledge and advice what the best option would be, but also never felt like he was out for money or looking to scam. He was truthful and honest. Transparent and caring. Professional and focused. And He went out of his way to make sure i made it home . Honestly tonight sucked. But it was a blessing to have Louis called out for my tow.

Our insurance contracted with Wind'n sea towing, and we received a text stating that they would meet us at 3:19 pm. At 3:30 pm, we contacted Wind'n Sea to confirm an ETA. We were advised it would be another hour. At 4:20 pm we received a text saying that the tow truck would meet us at 5:58 pm. At 6:00 pm I again contacted Wind'n Sea towing and was told it would be another hour. At that point I called another tow service and paid out of pocket. Within 20 minutes the truck had arrived and had my daughter's car hooked up and headed home. At 7:20 pm we received another text from Wind'n Sea towing advising it would be another hour!!!! I texted them to advise we had already canceled the request with our insurance carrier an hour previously.

From the moment I called, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding. I used this towing company through AAA to move an inoperable vehicle from a friend's house to mine,…read moreand the experience was disastrous. Not only did the driver leave before we were ready, but they were also negligent and failed to follow basic safety protocols before departing. As a result, the driver's side door swung open during transit, causing major damage to my vehicle. Upon arrival, the driver also hit my front fence, causing further damage. Despite providing video and photo evidence, the company has given nothing but runarounds. Weeks went by without payment for either the fence or vehicle damage. They then had the vehicle towed to a body shop, during which miscommunication and negligence led to hitting my fence again and damaging my neighbor's vehicle, all documented. The body shop later confirmed that they couldn't repair the vehicle for some reason, so we settled on a payment amount for the damages and had the vehicle towed back to the towing company's yard in the meantime. I still have not received any payment and I've been actively trying to retrieve my vehicle, but it remains in their possession. Every scheduled tow, both to the repair shop and back to me, was handled without regard for our time. We waited all day and they repeatedly rescheduled for vague reasons like rain or "tow yard issues," and it's clear they have no respect for customers' time. This company has demonstrated incompetence, negligence and a complete lack of accountability. Even a simple make-good situation became a nightmare under their care. I strongly caution anyone considering them for towing services as you risk damage, delays and a company that shows no regard for your property or time.

It seemed as if he had just been dispatched. When he showed up he told me that he could unscrew my lug nut and would call the company to try and get me a discount. Prior to his arrival I had already unscrewed four, and on the last one, my lug nut key broke! Well, when he called they still made me pay the $130. So not worth it at all. No discount for taking two hours and no discount for providing the service of unscrewing one lug nut and putting on the spare. Which btw, I could've done myself. I will never use them again and I don't recommend them. Now I know to have a spare lug nut key tho. I give them one star for the friendly driver who unscrewed the lug nut.

I was driving home from work in my Dodge truck, this is my Toy and I love it more than any of my other vehicles. I am EXTREMELY particular about it and I made sure they understood this from the get go. The dispatch lady (I forget her name) was extremely nice and gave me the play by play for the tow. Drivers name and approximately how far away he was. Excellent communication skills. The Ontario police showed up and wanted an ETA on tow arrival, I called dispatch and they said Fern was right around the corner....3 minutes later he pulled up! Now when I say this truck is my baby....that is an understatement...Fern absolutely took care of my truck and even made his truck work harder, so as to not damage mine. Fern, thank you so much for taking care of it. It meant the world to me.... Overall, this place should get unlimited stars, because from start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with this company. If tow services are ever needed in the future, this is my go-to, no matter what!! Thank you guys!

When I arrived and confronted the driver about the mistake, instead of acknowledging the error, they tried to extort a ridiculous "lock-up fee" / drop fee on the spot just to release the vehicle. This business operates with zero integrity and relies on predatory tactics to squeeze money out of people who did nothing wrong. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and aggressive staff. Take your business elsewhere and watch out if you see their trucks around.

I am the fool who had not yet purchased my own spare tire, so after calling their useless roadside assistance line, I decided to utilize AAA. My beloved, reliable AAA. S & J was dispatched and after a while, an angel appeared. That's how it felt, at least, because the truck's headlights were shining behind him and it felt very godly in the moment. Anyway, my girlfriend and I were so exhausted and Rafael towed us 45 minutes home. For a tow truck, it was actually pretty comfy, which is VERY MUCH not what I experienced last time I had to ride in a tow truck. Rafael was really kind and very friendly and nice to chat with! Genuinely the best experience I could ever hope for in a situation like this. My AAA plan covers up to 100 miles of towing, so I didn't have to pay a dime. Thank you, Rafael! I hope someday you get that property you want with lots of trees and animals!

I then drove to a stop sign, stopped, but when I pressed the gas it jumped again. We looked under the car and noticed that I truly believe that SOMEONE AT S&J TOWING LOOSENED OUR MOTOR MOUNT NAILS! WHY? Because there was nothing wrong with our car before it was towed to their location in POMONA. I have looked up reviews on S&J TOWING and there is a pattern on customer complaints and possible unauthorized vehicle tampering, willful misconduct, or malicious damage. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU: These are the best course of action: 1. File a.police eport. 2. Make a report on Better Business Buraeu (BBB) 3. Report to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration 4. You can also report to S&J TOWING and take them to small claims if you'd would like. Hopefully, this will helps
