Plus Victor the mechanic has ALL the ORIGINAL parts, I felt like I had the best deal on the end. They are one the most honest mechanics I've ever met. Good friends of my family. I hope they stay in business for a very long time. Any car questions, they got the answers and they charge a very cheap prices compared to other auto shops. WORST TOW COMPANY EVER…read more I wish I could give them less. they were originally scheduled to be at my house between 8am-12pm. After no call back by 2 p.m. I call the office to see about an updated arrival time. The lady in the office said she would call me right back after she called the driver. So, I had to wait even longer(because I have nothing better to do on my one day off). At 4:30, I had to call the office again, because the driver didnt pick up. The office lady kept apologizing and said she would call back in 10 minute, she "promised". Needless to say, the last time I talked to the office lady was at about 7 p.m. and She said the driver was on the way. The tow company is about 2 hours from my house, so at 9, I finally got through to the so called driver, and this worthless punk, really started catching attitude with me saying that it was 10 p.m. And they were closed. I tried to tell him that they were scheduled to be at my house almost 12 hours earlier, and that the only reason I was even calling was because his office told me he was on his way. He continued being extremely rude, and said it was 10 o'clock and they were closed. So apparently, this business does not value customer service at all. He was crying about it being 10 like I wasn't waiting on him since 8 in the a.m. So bottom line, it Doesn't matter if you have an appointment at all. Customers Clearly aren't their concern, as they dont go by their schedule, they do whatever they want without any concern for what their "customers" have going on. Everyone was so pricey! Including Auto Zone! They wanted $160+ just for the starter, Pick a Part wanted $125 + $100 labor. After some research I found C & P. They wanted $160 for everything! Cash. My car did start up the following morning when I returned to it! So I was able to drive over to C & P. Friendly families with great customer service! They checked my battery and it was low, but when I called Auto Zone it was under warranty so I got a new one! I didn't even know it was low, thanks for checking! Very knowledgeable staff!
