We had a very disappointing experience at Vous Café this morning. We ordered a matcha latte and an Americano. The matcha latte was absolutely terrible -- it was poorly mixed, full of clumps, and completely undrinkable. The Americano was served extremely hot, so hot that even after taking the gondola up the mountain, it was still impossible to drink. Because there was a long line for the gondola and we were already going up the mountain, we didn't return immediately. We decided to come back a few hours later on our way home to explain the issue. However, when we returned, the staff refused to offer a refund or take responsibility, saying that we should have come back right away. This is not the level of service expected at a resort where guests are paying premium prices. They offered us another drink, which we assumed would be complimentary given the situation, but then told us we would have to pay for it. After a long and uncomfortable discussion, they finally gave us a hot chocolate instead -- which was cheaper, made with regular milk (not oat milk as originally ordered), overly sweet, and had sugar settled at the bottom. No proper apology was offered. Expensive drinks, terrible quality, and poor customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this café.

I love this place. They have really good food and drinks. I ended up getting a tomato croissant which I still think about to this day. Their chai latte was also really good too. I will say the portions are pretty small for the price but everything pretty much marked up at these resorts. Make sure to use your epic pass is you have one to get a discount. Great spot near the rink.

New coffee shop replacing Starbucks in the Village. Only ordered an espresso which was solid. Newly renovated with lots of seating inside and great vibe. Bathrooms are also nicely redone. Service is great. They mentioned that once they get their liquor license they'll also serve alcohol.

Their food all tastes like freezer burn. It would probably be better if it was made it fresh.

I stopped in and had a matcha latte, which was really good and nicely balanced.

Updating to 5 stars because we can tell the staff is working hard to ensure a good customer experience. This is a solid breakfast option for anyone staying in the village. A wide array of menu options, plenty of seating, cute items to look at while you wait for your order, and I appreciated that the staff walked around from the back and brought every single person their order right to them rather than having the guests pick them up at the counter. A small touch, but meaningful and noticeable. We're excited to give this place another try and recommend it to our friends who are staying here. Original review: Paid for a sausage breakfast burrito and got a breakfast burrito with a lot of tortilla, and legit 0 sausage in it. For over $20 with tip, this is very disappointing to not have 1 single bite of meat in a pricey burrito, as shown in the photos. This was also not a busy morning, they were wrapping up giving a group their order when I arrived, and I was legit the only person in line. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it is a cute shop.

The smoked chicken salad was large fresh and delicious. I would order it again in a heartbeat. The smoked chicken sandwich was quite good, too. It's a little store with all kinds of things that you may have forgotten on your trip. You order at the counter and then they deliver your food. You can sit inside, too. I would imagine they do lots and lots of takeout here.

Since I'm not normally a coffee drinker, the staff recommended a non-dairy matcha latte for me so that I could mask the caffeine flavors just a bit. My drink order came out within a few minutes and it really hit the spot on a chilly, autumn day. The lounging area inside was also spectacular. Loved the vibes and family-friendly activities like coloring sheets that the shop provided to entertain the kids.

Definitely a popular spot as every seat was filled when we arrived! Very limited food menu--they only offer two breakfast options. Breakfast burrito (rice, black beans, cheese, and chorizo) which can be ordered with or without chorizo but no other modifications since they're all pre made. Also had a breakfast sandwich option as well. I personally wasn't a fan of the breakfast burrito but my boyfriend really enjoyed his. The rice and beans were 90% of the burrito with very tiny bits of chorizo here and there so it just didn't feel like breakfast to me and I didn't finish mine. Everyone has different tastes though so if you enjoy bean and rice burritos I'm sure you would like this!

So satisfying in the snowy weather. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Also, restrooms are kept very clean. A few people on the patio, but otherwise fairly slow. I was pleasantly surprised by their pastry selection. Many great choices! We settled on the Thai chicken wrap, an iced coffee, some yuzu beignets, and a yogurt parfait. The service was iffy. The people were nice, but the gentleman taking our order had to clarify my wife's drink twice, even though it was a quite simple order of iced coffee with cream. It seemed like maybe he wasn't really listening. For close to $15, I was expecting the Thai chicken wrap to be a decent portion filled with protein. I was a bit disappointed to have mostly tortilla and lettuce. The flavor was good, but not such a great portion. The beignets were great, can't be beat. Perfectly tart from the yuzu inside. The yogurt parfait was well-priced, and I felt the portion was good. Overall, a cute place to grab coffee and pastries, but I would probably avoid their lunch food in the future. We enjoyed the patio space, and I felt the vibes were good. Cheers!
