The espresso was extremely acidic and sour. I couldn't really drink it. I think it's under-extracted and the temp isn't hot enough. The shot is too voluminous and runny. I brought the beans home and put them through my OXO Rapid Brewer. The shot was lovely.. dark and classic and sweet. So my take is: buy the beans, pull them elsewhere.
